Once customers confirm their attendance or reschedule their booking, Apptoto updates the user’s calendar automatically. Apptoto allows users to respond to clients from the centralized dashboard or directly from their email inbox. The auto replies and actions features enables users to reply back to clients automatically. Instant notifications serve to streamline user-workflow, notifying users immediately when a client responds. Apptoto is fully customizable as well as being safe and secure, allowing users to schedule and send personalized reminders tailored especially for their business and supporting HIPAA compliant options. As a full-featured product, Apptoto also offers booking pages to our users, allowing their clients to schedule appointments online 24/7 without the back and forth of phone or email tag trying to schedule something.
