    The integration tool was very easy to setup (like 3 clicks). While in Outlook, you can add accounts, contacts, opportunities, lead or project.

    I had to have a way to track emails through the CRM. That was the biggest problem with Salesforce in that they sunsetted the Outlook connector.

    I get important emails and task emails to my email and then I complete the task on Claritsoft.
