Overall, we are happy with Rezdy and appreciate that they mostly stay on the ball with new integrations and technological improvements.

Pros

I like the integration with big third party booking sites so we can offer live inventory.

Cons

Some of the fields are missing from the reports which is frustrating.

Anyone can use Rezdy, and they should!

We had been using Google Calendar which was fraught with danger.

Pros

It integrates with our Paypal account dropping payment data into bookings.

Cons

The fact that bookings are called Orders (which industry operating tours & activities does that?)

Don’t charge if you can’t support a feature.

Top of the range regarding booking systems. Amazing tools and regular updates to be on top of things

- Super user intuitive and if there are a few fields that may not be easy to grasp at first, the support and customer success team is happy to help out and quick to address any questions.

Cons

- Our previous software (although not customised for tours and activity bookings) allowed us to have in-depth reporting.

The calendar and manifest are the best features of Rezdy and that is where I spend most of my time.

Cons

I wish Rezdy had an integration with When I Work so I could help track guides with their respective shifts.

Features are great, but be careful, the support if you have inconvenience with clients payments is 0

Rezdy is a fantastic platform but recently we had an inconvenience with a payment claim from a customer where we supply all the documents anyone can to support our case and Rezdy support toke more than 3 months to answer, treat me as a "problematic client", and never back up our case, we never receive any convincing email that confirms they read what we sent or claim, regardless the money is not the issue is the service and support they offer.

Pros

The flexibility to customize each product and constant updates that improve the platform software.

The lack of software integrations, like quickbooks

Pros

The Best Online Booking System for Tours and Activities

It has been really great and a big boost for our business.

Pros

The platform is very customizable and there are preset configurations for various types of tours and activities which makes it a huge time saver when setting things up.

Cons

It is a VERY robust system, and it does a LOT of stuff, so, there is a lot learn. The system is well documented and support is prompt, so like with any new system, you just have to work through it. A series of setup or getting started videos would be helpful though.

A fully automated online booking systems that I can connect to our website and social media sites that make booking our flights so much easier for our staff and our guests.

Pros

Love the SMS notifications and reminders for our guests!

Cons

Long set up but it's worth it! Training our staff is a challenge but again, once they're in the know, it's an amazing tool.

I like the software, I use it daily, and the support is great!

A smooth running calendaring back office system to carry my company

Pros

The ease to search for suppliers, integration with most otfer platforms and easily making changes to your existing product By the press of a button and it is changed everywhere.

Cons

Payment gateways in africa that is linked are only few options available And opening up a stride account is not as easy as it seems as you fill in pages of detail only yo realise at the end that stride do not support your country, very frustrating.

The rear end finance integrations make it an essential tool for me.

Rezdy is awesome for managing prepayments and for the management of larger groups and multiple events.

Rezdy is ok. It does what it's supposed to do. I don't feel it's solving any problems in my business other than taking over the bookings.

Pros

It integrates booking software and payment products with my website.

Cons

I DO NOT like that I have to save modifications I've made to a booking before I send an email (i.e. I'll add/remove products and send a confirmation email but I send the unmodified booking).

Generally this is a decent product but you are paying decent money for it!

Pros

This product was integrated into our website and has made changing bookings of our customers so much easier.

Cons

There are still some features that would make daily usage easier - such as remembering a company's tax year so that custom dates don't have to be selected each time for reports.

Straight forward and to the point.

Rezdy is easy to use and now that I have the hang of it, I am an activity reservation making machine!

Pros

I like using Rezdy because there are so many different ways you can use it to book activity reservations quickly and easily.

Cons

The only thing I've come across with using Rezdy is that when more than one user is booking on it, unless you manly refresh the program, it won't show you the changes that were made automatically. This may just be how computer programs are but I just worry some times that it may show something as available when it really isn't.

We've used a few other pieces of software, and this is the only one that had properly working inventory management and allocation.

Pros

Many 3rd party integration apps

Cons

Multi-page checkout process (instead of clean single page) Setting up discount vouchers and figuring out which discount method for the task or offer at hand can be a little confusion at first It might take a little while to get the hang of how best to manage inventory and set up scheduled event slots, but once you understand, it's VERY easy and quick to do so.
