We used Rezdy both directly and through an API for booking tours. The API bookings were done through our web app and the direct ones were done by our agents. In both cases, the bookings went through without any issues. Rezdy was one of the rare booking systems that we used that we did not have any issues using. I would definitely recommend Rezdy to everyone who wants to have a beautiful and working tour booking software. Additionally, Rezdy comes with a marketplace where you can easily find operators you want to use, eliminating the need of doing much research on that end.

Pros
It is incredibly well made. Unlike most of the tour booking software out there, Rezdy is easy to set up, navigate, and use. The user interface is polished, the booking process is simple and straightforward, and the API is very well documented.

Cons
The only drawback for me was the price, but seeing how well made Rezdy is, I can understand that the price would be high.

The easy to use integration of this online reservation system with my website got me up and selling quick. Now after using the system for a few years i really appreciate the comprehensiveness of the system with a great calendar, communication,catalog, on and on it all works great. I bumped down on ease of use and customer support because i wanted a feature that is not currently available and my feature request hasn't gone anywhere. Overall a great system. Need to add ability to hide prices in catalog list view. This way you can track the customers interest without the outside influence of price.

Pros
It's used by most major players in the travel industry and we wouldn't be able to sell our products without it. It's powerful software that we are not completely utilising and look forward to using more features.

Cons
It's price is beyond the means of a new business. I know it will be worth the ROI in the future, but I'm frustrated by the lack of options for new businesses. I also find the paywalling of essential features frustrating. I want price to be assessed by daily users or order value, not based off core features any travel business is reliant on (such as the ability to sync with Trip Advisor or offer discount codes).

The overall experience has been outstanding. It is a great product for a very reasonable price.

Pros
Makes managing our bookings easier & has helped us to utilise markets that we have never used before. Also the constant upgrades & improvements help to keep up with the changing marketing requirements.

Rezdy Revs up your Revenue

We looked at Rezdy in 2013 but chose another very decent company. Unfortunately, they were not improving the product. We reviewed our 2013 selection notes in 2015 and trialed Rezdy and two other providers. Rezdy stood out in so many ways, but the flat and fair pricing hocked us. The other companies and their "BS" zero cost plans are so pricey and create/pass along a very high pricing service charge to your customers. Add up the numbers. Rezdy runs, we push its limits. We are so happy with this product.

Pros
Stability and uptime are great. The software is easy to use and it creates tours online in minutes. The flexibility to share the reservation pages are simple and handle a variety of ways to deploy. We use iframes within our site and under the "Sell online" menu has various options available to deploy in a variety of ways using auto-generated code. Reports are useful including the manifests, and ability export. Promo codes, gift certs, categories and so much more are easy to manage. Sorting features are easy and quick.

Cons
The manifest page does not support copying a column with multiple rows. It does not work with Control keys i.e. CTRL+C or menus selections. But exporting is a decent workaround.

Was looking to offer an online booking option to customers, Rezdy was one of the service providers for this service. I wish they were more forthcoming on their website about costs and services offered

Front end of software, what my customers see looks very professional.

Cons
Pricing is unclear, it takes creating an account to know what it's actual costs are. Additionally when pricing is finally clear it's not very competitive in comparison to what else is out there

We used it to book tours with operators directly and through API. This was the only booking system we used that had an API stable enough to never create any issues. We did not have one single instance of bookings failing because of the API which made Rezdy the absolute champion of API bookings.

Pros
Rezdy is an amazing solution for booking tours. It comes with a marketplace (which is surprisingly uncommon in the world of booking software) and its interface is clean and polished. It is an absolute delight working with this app and it is definitely one of the booking solutions I keep on coming back to.

Cons
Rezdy is expensive. I don't mind it, as it is a great tool, but for small companies it could be hard to justify such a price tag. I will, nonetheless, absolutely recommend to pay for Rezdy as it is worth the money.

I am leaving Rezdy. You are getting way too expensive for small operators. You promised connections with agents. I have contacted hundreds with my 5 star rated tour and so far ??? None of YOUR AGENTS uses me. The only one I have is one I went and got myself through persistence and hard work. For what you charge you should offer more. anyway too late now I am off. see ya.

Pros
User interface is far superior to booking software I've tried. Integration with websites is super easy and looks totally professional. Rezdy is so good that I simplified my website to a basic (and cheap!) landing page site that lets Rezdy do all the work! Customer service/technical support is outstanding - prompt and personal. Cloud-based so I can run my business from anywhere and don't have to worry about backing up records!

Pros
In Australia, everyone uses Rezdy. Just like it says on the tin, it's a quick & easy way to interface with thousands of agents, OTAs and more from around the world.

Cons
First, it follows the classic SaaS strategy of aggressive sales techniques followed by inattentive support. The software is very powerful, but so much so that a new user (like myself, a one-man operator) will struggle to comprehend. The price is very high for a business just starting out it doesn't adjust price based on volume and price gates essential tools into the upper subscription brackets. I have no doubt that I will eventually need to consider returning to this software if I continue to scale, but for now I'm pleased to be on another platform.

It is very easy to search for tours and the best thing is we can share the products/tours to our clients and they can book straight from the link

There are just not enough torus. So options are limited. Commission is also very low.

I like the pricing set up with Rezdy they charge a monthly which is doable!! Other booking software will charge the Customer 6% for every order and this was NOT customer friendly. REZDY Links up to Trip Advisor AND the Market place. These 2 factors are huge in a successful tour company. Some booking software dont offer either of these!!

Cons
The back end isnt as user friendly as other companies. it just takes longer to learn but who cares thats part of it! My biggest issue was some customers were unable to book online. After doing alot of research it turned out that safari web browser was the issue. I hope Rezdy has gotten this fixed. Havent had any issues in 3 months fyi!

Pros
I have used a full service booking platform before Rezdy, but you pay the price for the extra service. With Rezdy, they want you to know how to implement and run the software. It may take more time to learn, but it will save you money. That's why we are in business right? To make money. Their sales and support team has made the transition very easy for us. Already have made contact and teamed up with another operator that Rezdy introduced me to.

Cons
It's more work to do. The tradeoff is that you will have to do more work, but it's better to learn about the software than to rely on constant help. This forces you to learn and in a matter of time, you will be glad that you chose Rezdy.

I started looking into Rezdy before the beginning of our last season. They promised that we could be online in 3 days! Well don't believe that if they say it. It takes weeks, sometimes months and a LOT of your own time and work to get set up! When I had a meeting to set up my account I asked to resolve ALL the problems left over in that meeting so we could go online soon. (My season was going to start two days after that meeting). After an hour the rep told me that he is off now and our conversation has come to an end. I was choked! Nothing was solved! As I unfortunately had already paid that they wouldn't refund, we agreed upon holding these funds and looking into maybe joining the following season. That was satisfactory for me. So this season we started to talk again and I looked into the system again. It seems to be well thought through and makes sense. It is quite complex, but I think that is the nature of the beast. I talked to a company that uses Rezdy and asked about their experiences. They were fairly satisfied, but they didn't use the part of the system that I was interested in the most (payments and reporting). So I never managed to get a good look into these parts of the system. I decided not to take a chance. Also the monthly charge is too high. Mind you I had already spent a great deal of time into another system and wasn't up to starting from scratch without really knowing if it worked any better, also considering the higher price. Long story short, I decided not to proceed with Rezdy, when they charged me another USD. The prices have gone up as well! So without my consent, without signing up with them they charged that amount and do not want to give me a refund. I should have listened to the RED FLAGS from my encounter with them last season! I would have kept them in mind as another option in case the system I am using right now was failing, but now I am so disgusted that will never go with a company that has such low morals!

Rezdy is turning out to be a total solution for our organisation. We run a variety of inhouse and external programs including standard tours and activities right up to bespoke educational products with reasonably complex pricings and schedules. I'm amazed at how intuitive and well-resourced rezdy is to suit our needs, probably because it is built specifically for the tour and activity sector and understands its particular way of working. From automated reminders to customisable integrations and easy to use reports and details I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a solution to online (and internal) bookings. The customer service is also extremely good with fantastic onboarding training sessions and phone help almost 24/7. Thanks rezdy for making our business better!
