What is SalesBox?

Salesbox is a predictive CRM for small and medium-sized enterprises which offers collaboration tools, real-time pipeline analysis, sales forecasting, predictive analytics, automatic task generation, proactive guidance, and more. The system can be accessed worldwide, and is available in 16 languages, including Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and Russian.

Salesbox’s pipeline view gives users an overview of their sales pipeline, with details of total progress, sales processes with weighted importance, sales forecast, and checked activities. Completed activities can be checked off from within the pipeline view, and details for each deal can be displayed alongside the pipeline view. Pipelines can also be viewed as a list, and sorted by progress, value, and more. Deals can be marked as favorites, and the most recently updated opportunities can be accessed from the ‘Recents’ list.

Salesbox produces forecasts and guidance based on analysis of individual and company performance over time, such as the number of existing opportunities that are worth pursuing, and the number of new opportunities required before a specified date. Information is presented as working hours, appointments, and calls required to reach the target. Users can also track the contacts, accounts, and products which produce the highest order intakes, revenues, and profits.

Love the mobile app. Can access my notes anywhere in an easy way. Kudos to the app developers.

The mobile app. I have tried other mobile apps for CRMs and nothing compares to Salesbox's mobile app. In my line of work, I am rarely in front of a computer, and I am constantly referencing my notes using Salesbox.

At times, their customer service team took more than 24 hours to get back to me. If it were to be an emergency and I really needed something done, I am not sure it would have flown over with my boss.
