SmartSurvey is tool which allows users to create, distribute, manage, and analyze responses to an unlimited number of surveys and questionnaires. SmartSurvey includes a range of question types, allowing users to select from basic multiple choice, text box, ranking, and choice matrix questions, and advanced Likert scale, net promoter score (NPS), continuous sum, and semantic differential questions. Users can customize the fonts and text sizes of questions, add ‘other’ choice fields and comment boxes, apply text and answer validation, randomize answer choices, and more.
