It solves the issue of separating my business phone number and personal phone number since you can use personal WhatsApp and business WhatsApp at the same time.
I like that you can use your business phone number so that my client WhatsApp is separate from my personal WhatsApp. It also has auto response when I'm out of the office so the client knows that I could not respond as quickly. You can also set your business hours and status so clients are aware of what is going on with you.
It still sends you messages even if it's outside your business hours so sometimes you can't help but responds even if you are on a holiday. I also don't like that it always tells me I have duplicate contact when the other contact does not even have a name and the number was just recorded by WhatsApp automatically and you thought you already input your contact so you end up not having the client name on the details. Sometimes, it also says that you already have the contact but when you search it by name, it does not show up.

It helped a lot in contacting the team as it is a smartphone application. It helped deliver essential messages easily and cuts off time in getting back responses because of the dependence on the application in everyone's life.
The community feature helps to communicate all together with the entire team. It also helps reach out to customers regarding their inquiry about our services.
What I didn't like about WhatsApp is that it is created on phone numbers, making it hard to have multiple accounts for business purposes. It is not specifically build for business purposes it needs more additional features to it.

WhatsApp has been the first point-of-contact tool that we have used since 2016. When WhatsApp Business was first announced we took the plunge to see if It would be effective for us to use. Till date, we consider it to be the best investment of time and money that we've made. The API is developer-friendly which has made automating most of our initial conversations with clients very easy. This helps us to save a lot of time and follow through with customers on a timely basis.
WhatsApp takes care of our complete end-to-end communication, right from when the customer first messages us, to the point of final delivery. Interfacing with the API makes it possible to manage online orders and provide timely updates. Setting us is very easy (developer friendly), which makes it a tool that takes care of itself and scale with the business. We are very happy with how WhatsApp has grown with the business.
Ever since conversation pricing was rolled out in June of 2023, our costs have gone up slightly. But it is almost negligible compared to how much revenue is rolling in.

WhatsApp is the best because it makes my business so easy and link my clients and my products so easily and it's good for online business to communicate with my clients
I love WhatsApp because it it's easy to us and it's most popular when it comes to worldwide usage. It's having end to end encryption
What I don't like is that, my WhatsApp account gets band even when I do nothing bad and when I write the support it takes longer but at least 24 hours or plus before they respond or unbanned

Features are easy to use. My mother aged 75 years old, easily use whatsapp. Chatting and calling also. And Imp is she lives in village.
If I can't use whatsapp from 4-5 hours and then I start, it my differ from so many messages. More times, it closes automatically. Another thing is, quality photograph when send via whatsapp it my differ the size and quality also.

I have a great experience with WhatsApp. It is a very easily handling apps. Messaging to friends and get in touch with friends and family any places the world.
Give text messages, voice calls and video calls is very short time. People can also send files, images and links to other peoples. Various facilities are included in this application. People can create groups, like family or staff with similar interest.

It has helped in reducing costs of telephone calls locally and also connects with international clients with ease.It has also enabled me to conduct and attend meetings in real time and live across countries.
Its free, accessible, essential and easy to deploy or install. Above all, it's surprisingly free to use.
In times of downtime, resolution is slow. Hence, business processes is reduced.

In this time of quarantine communication is essential. You can use WhatsApp to: talk to friends and family, meet work colleagues, purchase products at home and even make great video calls.
A lot of people do have this social communication tool, then it's easy to find whoever you need to make contact. Many companies also use Whatsapp as a customer service number, so you can get in touch very quickly and easily. You can create and join groups of interests so the message you need to spread needs to be send only once. Audio and video calls are also very reliable and smooth depending on your internet connection.
There is a little problem with the backup model Whatsapp uses. For example your media, if you ever want to change you cellphone and don't backup you media before, you can lose the older ones. There is other messaging tools which holds your media safely for a very long time, so you never need to worry about backup. You can get around this by using the Google Drive backup, but not everybody is aware of this.

Since I first downloaded and installed WhatsApp in 2013, I've had nothing but positive experiences with the software. It has gone a long way in terms of its upgrades and its consideration of what features consumers would find appealing. Aside from the few disadvantages that were discussed above, I do not have any additional issues with it. It is one of the applications I use the most often.
The software is easy to download and then use, reliable, and completely free. Considering it's free, the app has a lot of useful features. Furthermore, you may access it from the comfort of your own computer. The "group function" is an excellent tool for group chat. You are able to easily reach out to over a hundred coworkers. Advertisements of any kind are hidden from view. Allow files as large as 100MB (containing presentations and PDFs) to be sent. Make it possible for people to erase their own messages. Inform them of the quantity of their WhatsApp contacts. Show the message's delivery confirmation and whether or not the receiver may open the message.
Numerous aspects would need to be improved in my opinion. After making a mistake, it seems that my status cannot be changed. It would be necessary for me to delete it and then post something new. It's possible that this will be bothersome, particularly once I've arranged a number of things in a certain order.

At work, we use a number of groups to coordinate with multiple offices around the globe in a quick and informal manner. It allows sharing of photos and videos for general distribution and fosters a sense of community among the team, even when they are on different continents. It also lends itself well to supporting customers, especially for shorter queries when a simple answer can be quickly typed on a phone. I also use WhatsApp personally and have found it to be my favourite instant messaging app.
WhatsApp has long been an extremely competent instant messaging app, which improved significantly with the introduction of end-to-end encryption. The UI is simple and clean and it is available on every major platform (and some not-so-major ones). The web and desktop versions work well and are great for typing longer messages or viewing and sharing media. They also help to mitigate the restriction of only having the app itself installed on one device simultaneously. The audio and video calling works well and is relatively economical on data. I have no complaints with the general operation of the app.
The backup function (very useful!) occasionally hangs and refuses to back up despite the correct settings and a working Internet connection. I believe it may be a security feature, but only being able to use WhatsApp on one device at a time feels limiting and can be frustrating for users with multiple devices. The web and desktop versions work by connecting to your phone and thus don't work if it has no Internet connection. This, I suspect, is for the same reason but it equally frustrating. The yearly 99p subscription disappeared a while ago, but on balance I think I would much rather pay that than have the company be owned by Facebook.

Whatsapp had made life easier and allowed people to break the distance bar by connecting them in a very simple way. Almost everyone has relatives and friends that live far away from their houses and it's not possible to visit frequently,so this app help bringing everyone together just by video call and now group call limit has been increased also. Whatsapp payments will be a revolution as it can be one hotshot application soon.
Whatsapp is one of the mostly used application worldwide as it had amazing features that keep on improving. Privacy & Security :- Proper measures have been taken by the Whatsapp team in order to secure privacy of users from other contacts also 2FA + fingerprint unlock is quite useful. We can customize that who can see our picture, last seen and other private information. Social Engagement: We can create as many groups with our friends/colleagues/teammates with descriptions and group pics, also pinned messages are very useful incase someone join groups after some time and may miss some important information. Media Sharing: We can share anything on this superb application whether its document, zip, apk, video, audio, image, location, contact.
I dont find any disadvantage in Whatsapp, its Perfect.

I've been using WhatsApp for about 4 years now and it's been a great experience so far. My favourite thing about WhatsApp is how they strive to make the app work smoothly on most mobile devices. One of my first phones with WhatsApp was an uncommon model, because of that it often had bugs, or needed featured that were device specific. I would email WhatsApp support requesting new features or bug fixes and there was always a software update to address my issues within a few days of submitting the report. On top of that they'd respond to my email to thank me. I hardly submit bug reports anymore but the earlier experience I had with WhatsApp support has stayed strong in my mind.
The ubiquity. WhatsApp works on almost every mobile device imaginable so almost everyone has it. This makes it easier to communicate with people. It stores all information offline on the devices so you don't need to worry about your data being stolen from if ever the WhatsApp servers are breached. It's blazing fast. Messages come through quickly and there is little to no lag on video or voice calls. WhatsApp group chats allow users to form communities. Whether it's a family, a club, work, or proffesional community. you're bound to find a group that shares your interests. In some African countries, WhatsApp data is discounted by mobile internet providers!
WhatsApp can only be installed on mobile devices. If you want to use it on a computer you need to have it on a mobile device that that is connected to the internet. That's inconvenient in situations where a mobile device isn't immediately available. WhatsApp needs to be regularly backed up to avoid losing data in the event of your phone or tablet breaking or being stolen. WhatsApp does not have a...

I have been using WhatsApp since it has been released and I cannot think of any other applications than WhatsApp for communication. I use it religiously mostly for personal contacts and it works fine for me even internationally. All I need is the good internet connection.
WhatsApp is an application, which needs no introduction as it runs and available on every mobile phone possible. It makes it extremely easy to communicate from anywhere in the world. You only need access to internet. In also allows voice call and video call but they work best only when you have strong internet connection. The basic texting can work even at a moderate internet speed. I tried using...
WhatsApp has few restrictions, which should be eliminated next. The ability to share only 30 pictures at once can be time-consuming sometimes when you want to share travel pictures on a family group. In addition, WhatsApp always decreases the quality of the image when sent through this application. The chat back up process can be improved by doing back up at regular intervals instead of doing it manually every time. There is limitation on the size of the file shared through WhatsApp.

Love this app. I can communicate with family, have calls, video chats at long distance. I dont know how we would communicate otherwise.
I love the simplicity of this app. I've been using Whatsapp for years as an alternative to SMS. There is a lot to say about this app, but I think the constant validation and feedback that it provides is one of it's best aspects. Im constantly on the move, and sometimes I'll be in areas where there is little to no wifi or signal. That doesnt stop me from using whatsapp to communicate, in particular...
Visually, it's not the most strongest. I think more customization tools for users would be great. Themes are nice, but I think having control of more aspects of the messaging would be great. The green gets a bit dull after a while, and we are social beings, so I know I am looking at that green bubble on a daily basis. Additionally, the bottom navigation could be re-ordered based on importance. I'm constantly selecting the wrong tab, thinking that it's the chats tab (which is located second to last). I think developing a better navigation system that actually prioritizes the parts of the tab section that are most commonly used would be a great addition.

WhatsApp has been an immensely useful tool for me so far and I can vouch that even though WhatsApp has some competitors in the market but it has been the most successful one.
WhatsApp is the most used instant messaging App in the world. This is particularly used to exchange texts with anyone using this application. I have been using WhatsApp mainly for the personal communication but I do use it sometimes for a follow up with my team when I am on a vacation or out on an official trip. It works on all kind of mobile devices and even the desktop version of WhatsApp is outstanding...
I have experienced following limitations to this App so far: 1. The size of the file shared through WhatsApp matters as it doesn’t allows the smooth sharing of a large file 2. The video/voice quality needs extremely fast internet else the you would feel the lag in the audio and video throughout the conversation 3. WhatsApp depreciates the quality of the image shared through this platform

Generally, I use WhatsApp everyday for school, socialization and work. It has been an insatiable experience with WhatsApp from the moment I began using it. WhatsApp has been continuously improving its services and features. Its end to end encryption security is top notch and the flow of information is instantaneous. I enjoy using WhatsApp for communication.
WhatsApp is used extensively in my school to convey information to students of the various classes, general school group and departmental groups. It is easy to use as one can send anything; be it an image, a video or a document. Certain features like group call and broadcast makes WhatsApp very useful in certain certains. Other features such as Last seen, the single, double and blue ticks on sent messages further make it very appealing. One can communicate with people in far away countries ease via WhatsApp. The emojis and stickers makes the typing experience very exciting. Not to forget the WhatsApp status which gives one the ability to share memorable moments.
I do not like that when you send a message and delete it for both you and the receiver, there is a message on the receiver's end, "deleted message", exposing your action. This leads to misuderstanding and distrust. I also do not like that one can't use the web version of WhatsApp without access of WhatsApp on the smartphone. One can't also update a status video with a length more than 30 seconds. This makes uploading a video with length more than 30 seconds boring. I also do not like they way WhatsApp compresses and reduces image quality when you send a photo.

I love the app and will continue to use it. Maybe adding some more features to it would help a bit.
I love the fact I can chat or talk to anybody overseas without spending a dime on on fees! This is the number one reason I use this app. I love the profile pictures so it's easy to see who is who, the ability to navigate images and photos and to download/backup this content for later on. Another cool feature is the stories (not many people use it though). It's an advanced version to simply storing a contact in our phone. I also like the privacy features.
Sometimes when I'm trying to add foreign numbers in the phone they won't register as the user because of the prefix number being incorrect and this is a major issue for me. I've lost contact with people because of this (called on regular numbers and it was ok but not on whatsapp). I wish we could store and transfer cryptocurrencies on the app like wechat does in China for storing funds. Also, some calls have HORRIBLE freezes or call drops. I wish there was a way to categorize chats so I can keep specific conversations in one area and personal ones in others.

All in all this is a wonderful app, and I hope to have been descriptive enough in both the positives an negatives. You must share this app with your friends and family across the globe... save yourself the money in buying the timed calling cards. Download the app for free!!
I highly recommend WhatsApp!!! This simple app is a highly valued app and is a staple in communicating with my family. I myself live in the United States, but all other members of my family live in Mexico. This app has made communicating easy and absolutely free!! It works by using the internet to connect you to your loved ones. With features like video chat, messenger, and voice calls.. It is no wonder why this simple app has gone viral across the globe. I do mean that because in addition to connecting with mexico, I make regular phone calls with friends across the United State, Brazil, and Canada. With an app this valuable it makes me wonder why California does not use this as much as they do in Latino America. All in all.. I Highly recommend.
My only minor complaints are that it may be difficult to add another user into your contacts if they are from another country. I say this only because I am not used to adding a +1 before my number, and depending on the region it may be different for you. This should not deter you however because once you do connect you will not be required to repeat the process. My other desire is to have more users across California. I am blown away by the fact that the United States has not made this app a staple in communication. This is a must have, yet my friends have never heard of the app.

WhatsApp has almost become a must have and makes the daily life much more easier.
The ease of using WhatsApp is what people prefer and that's why it has become the most used and trusted communication app by people globally. The ease with which we can chat, call or video call, and even share files is truly remarkable. Especially during the pandemic it had become a very important tool which helped connecting people on a common platform, share news and important messages. Because of it's wide use and acceptability, even major businesses are connecting with people directly through WhatsApp.
Even though WhatsApp claims that the chats are end to end encrypted, but lately there have been concerns that hackers or government agencies access the data which can be a breach of privacy. WhatsApp should introduce a feature to mark some group or individual chats as important or unimportant, so that in case of many messages, it helps the user segregate the messages. If in the premium version it is proposed to increase the file sharing size, then businesses will be much benefitted and more will come onboard and use the app.

I have been using the WhatsApp app for more than eight years, and throughout this period, I have had and still have an excellent experience with it. I consider it my No. 1 app for daily communication, as I use it every day, on several occasions, for one-on-one and group communications with friends, relatives, and business partners. I use WhatsApp emojis, stickers, and GIF cards while chatting with...
The app's user interface is simple and flexible, making it suitable for most ages. It is compatible with the majority of smartphone types that run on either Android or iOS operating systems. Although it is 100% free and does not contain annoying pop-up ads, it still has many great features. In my opinion, one of the most critical features of this app is the complete privacy that it strives to provide...
Although the application contains plenty of advantages, it also contains some disadvantages that I encountered during my use of it. First, there are limitations on the size of shared media, such as 16 MB as a maximum size for sending video, and we can't send 30 images or more at once.Second, WhatsApp only accepts video files in MP4 and 3GP formats, so you will not be able to send them if you upload...

Overall, I've used WhatsApp for as long as I can remember, WhatsApp really made communication a lot more easier and flexible and then when the WhatsApp business app was introduced it became a different ball game, I was able to communicate and engage my customers directly on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is one software that has really contributed to the growth and success of my business.
One of the best feature I like about Whatsapp is the ability to chat and connect with friends and family irrespective of their location, this has really made communication a lot more flexible.Another thing I like about Whatsapp is the voice and video call feature, I really like how I could make voice calls without the use of my airtime and also connect more than one person to the call, also I like how I could make a group video call.Additionally I like how WhatsApp business helps me connect with my customers in one place, I could easily create a product catalog to showcase my product, I could also enable automated response to my customers whenever I'm offline.
I don't like how WhatsApp reduces the quality of a video or picture making it a little bit blurry a lower quality of the original, I really wish this could be changed.Another thing I dislike about Whatsapp is the disappearing message feature, I don't like the fact that people are given the opportunity to clear messages and this could lead to a loss of important information.

With this particular app and its creating group facility, the conference became so easy. we mostly use this facility for our unofficial conferences, and it's a real blessing.
The big advantage of the Whatsapp app - it's easy to use. My papa, who is not at all a social media-friendly person, but likes to use what's app. Most probably this is the easiest social media app to use. This app was made specially to solve the communication problem and it has all the facilities to communicate in every way, like the message, video call, group chat. And as of now, it's free of cost. comparing...
Although "Whats app groups" are very popular nowadays, but the worst thing is it's doesn't ask for users' permission. If someone has my number, can create a group and add me in that, without even my permission. The other worst function is broadcast. Because of this feature people are using it for unwanted advertisement purposes. Maybe this is good for business users, but for individual users, it's a headache. whats app should implement, that no one can add someone in any group without the user's permission. Another disadvantage is poor connectivity for video calls most of the time.
