PrimaFacie is a cloud-based legal case management solution that helps immigration law practices streamline operations related to data collection, online forms, questionnaires, clients, and more. Lawyers can manage data collection processes using the built-in library of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) forms.
PrimaFace allows law firms to create case packages with relevant documents, forms, exhibits, or addendums as well as organize them based on contents or page numbers. The reverse autofill functionality helps users save client data in the customer database and retrieve information as per individual requirements. Professionals can send questionnaire links to customers, track Visa bulletin dates or USCIS receipt numbers, and review expiration dates for client documents.
PrimaFacie connects with Zapier to facilitate integration with various third-party systems such as Clio, PracticePanther, Google Forms, Salesforce, Hubspot, QuickBooks, Gmail, Slack, Hello Sign, RingCentral, and more.
