    Customer support is outstanding, quick, clear, concise...and Robert doesn't make non-tech-y types (like me) feel like a fool. Excellent product, excellent service.
    Pure chat is great, it is very simple to use and works on my phone on the go. Perfect way to keep in contact with your customers.
    Pure chat is perfect for bridging the gap with your customer and massively improves the user experience.
    Cons
    We can contact them with their email if there's a bad connection, or they must ring off.
    Example If I am not paying attention to the chat, I will miss it because I do not receive any notifications.
    It gets disconnected often so I have to re-login, which can be difficult to rely on it to make sure it's "ON" when clients visit my website.
