What is Tiflux?

Tiflux is a system for the management of ticket flows and customer service that makes it possible to adopt an omnichannel strategy with customizable channels, provides access to a complete dashboard for viewing tasks, and even offers the option to join invisible channels to generate tickets internally. Tiflux features include the management of internal requests, a password vault for the secure sharing of sensitive data, and an activities agenda that's responsible for helping organize daily appointments.
