It can also be used to aid customers who call in to contact centres by generating a unique phone support code for each customer, allowing agents to talk on the phone whilst also screen sharing to aid issue resolution.
Agents can click and scroll with the customer and rather than telling them where to click, they can control the customer's mouse and screen, avoiding any misunderstandings. There are no downloads required for either the user or the agent.
