We were evaluating several platforms, starting with MoodleCloud but it was not very attractive for the user. We tried LearnWorlds and it convinced us, we hired it for several months because it had all the features we were looking for and it was a cheap option. Currently we do not use them because we have not achieved the desired user number, but we think it is one of the best applications to create your own e-learning platform.

It is a good option to create your own course management platform

Very positive so far.  I ran into one issue which was basically not a problem with the product - just a case of us working out which settings to apply to get things set up as we needed.  The minute I reached out for help, the support team were on it, and get me sorted immediately, in such a friendly helpful way. 

The product is doing exactly what we want it to

They are really responsive in the first couple of months so you can invest your time and money setting up in their system. Then once you're invested they ignore you and spend their time trying to grow their business model with new clients. If you have a long term plan for online learning I'm not sure they're ready to cater to any other businesses than their own.

My experience with LearnWorlds has been wonderful. I do not have web design experience, but their highly customizable templates make it easy to create a beautiful website. When I do have questions, I am always surprised how fast they respond even though I'm not in the UK and there is a big time difference.

Customer support is one of the pillars of LW. I would have given up several times if it wasn't for the support team. In addition, the instruction manuals are excellent and  easy to follow. At a difficult time in my life when the company I'd worked for decided to cut employee salaries by 60%, LearnWorlds showed up for me at the perfect time to continue my work on my own terms. I feel they are a company that really cares about its customers. As entrepreneurs, it's up to us to get our companies/schools off the ground, but I feel LW has gone a long way to set us up for success. My school is in its infancy, but I am optimistic that I've chosen the right partner in LW to evolve with the industry and help us to grow.

Best Support for Online Courses

I met with the [sensitive content hidden] last night who regularly gives me kudos for 1) picking LearnWorlds 2) designing such a fabulous external website and 3) creating such easy to use and professional looking content. So, while I have felt very productive and effective I think she loves LearnWorlds the most because it has made our small company look like we are big-time players!

ALl the tools we needed to create a booming business.

Overall it's one of my favorite CMS / LMS.
I would like to go 100% learnworlds for my company but i still need to ship products.

They respond with a lot of info and links anytime I have a question or don't know how to do anything. Customer service is prompt. Its a beautiful robust platform and looks so amazing. As well, I struggled at times with other platforms to get everything the way I like for my UI/UX and LearnWorlds met or exceeded all my expectations in that regard

I think the overall experience we have had with LearnWorlds has been very positive, and there are many features we have yet to explore and use to its full potential.

A great product for a remote workforce.

I like it as a course options. It also allows you to build funnels. But I think it would compare to Systeme as the all in one CRM. And it should integrate more seamlessly. I think they are still working on that.

I'm surprised how much is possible with this platform for a reasonable amount. It fits all my needs, if I need more, I have the possibility to upgrade.

It’s a great online education platform for medium sized businesses. Not an affordable option for small businesses.

This tool has been an excellent learning platform that has allowed us to take our on-campus classes into the world. 

Excellent Host for Virtual Learning

Our goal is to provide our over 1000 members from 342 connected non-profits from around NYS "the right resources, right when they need them".  Learnworlds helps us categorize our resources into the 10 areas of organizational health that we have identified, making it simple for our members to find the resources they need. 

We also use it as the landing page and gateway for digital cohort learning experiences. Gives us a one stop shop for meeting links, content, and engagement. Our facilitators don't have to resent the same zoom link for all of the 9 different sessions they'll be hosting. Helps reduce the administrative burden on them.

LearnWorlds is great to scale a learning/education business

So far, everything was perfect until now. I could migrate all my courses from Teachable and my Patreon subscriptions to a single unique platform that delivers course contents, videos, eBooks to my students with a great user experience.

I created an employee training library with courses and certifications to track internal training. I was able to create trainings easily and my employees were able to have courses assigned to them individually and pick up right where they left off of they stopped mid lesson.

Great affordable training solution

Overall I love working with Learnworlds. I appreciate the support team who are always responsive and helpful. I love LW commitment to improvement as well and also that they've happy for feedback. After almost a decade of developing educational resources online, they are absolutely the best I've encountered.
