Happy Scribe includes punctuation functionality, which automatically inserts full stops, commas, interrogation, and exclamation marks across the text. The application creates new paragraphs based on speakers, includes subtitles, and lets administrators add notes and edit transcripts in real-time. Marketers can also embed a transcription player into websites and configure timecodes, frames, and playback speed in videos according to the subtitles to improve search engine optimization (SEO).

Happy Scribe enables users to store files using PCI DSS, ISO, HTTPS, TLS, and other security standards and share them with external or internal stakeholders to collaborate on multiple projects. It also offers REST APIs to facilitate authentication, data uploading, signed URL generation, and other operations.
