What is Payfit?

HMRC-certified, PayFit is an integrated payroll and HR management platform tailor-made for SMEs that allows you to manage payroll, employee benefits, leaves and expenses all in one place.

PayFit provides you the best of both worlds: 1) an automated payroll software and 2) personalised support from payroll experts, ensuring that you end up saving time by eliminating manual processes and avoiding any late-payment fees and errors on your total PAYE bill.

The platform gives you full transparency & control over your payroll. It updates payslips in real-time and automatically generates them on the day of your payroll run. All pensions and RTI submissions are handled automatically by PayFit with full transparency. You can also manage leaves and expenses, and employees have access to their own portal to view/download their payslips and submit leaves and expenses for approval.

- Payslips are updated in real-time and payroll can be run in a click on the day of your choice. Employees have access to their payslips in the employee portal.

- PayFit handles everything from RTI and pension submissions on your behalf to paying employees. HMRC certified, PayFit ensures you're always fully compliant.

- Employees can request leaves and submit expenses for approval. Users can also view a team calendar to see when team members are taking annual leaves or working remotely.

- User-friendly new employee onboarding with onboarding checklists and questionnaires to customise.

- Track hours worked for payroll with the ability for employees to activate the time-tracking add-on to enter monthly hours worked. Hours can be reviewed by manager before being sent to payroll.

- View monthly summaries for each employee breaking down payslips into gross salary, net salary, expenses, and more. Build custom reports and graphs.
