What is Upflow?
Upflow is a Financial Relationship Management (FRM) platform for B2B finance teams. Instead of chasing invoices, teams use Upflow to manage customer payments proactively, with real-time AR visibility, automated follow-ups, and a white-labelled payment portal.
Customers can pay through a branded portal that supports ACH, credit cards, and direct debit, including Autopay and promise-to-pay. Payments are automatically matched to invoices, reducing manual reconciliation to exceptions only.
Finance teams use it to track DSO and cash forecasts, cut late payments, and maintain better customer relationships without the manual work.
Connects natively with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Xero, Zuora, Chargebee, and Stripe Billing and with CRM and communication tools like Salesforce, Gmail, and Slack.
