For a small business with a low number of claims this product is good.
Easy to use with all technology, mobile, laptop and tablet.
Unable to label receipts before uploading, only 2 VAT codes, failed transfers can only be reloaded by support

Wish it was more customizable for custom field tracking. Sometimes requires workarounds when using more than 2 countries.

The crew was and continues to be extremely helpful in getting this product up and running, as well as in maintaining it running properly. Excellent customer service, simple to use, and we have a number of approval sets ups and cost centers that are pretty complex. The team did an excellent job of assisting with the setup.
Webexpenses has met my expectations to a high degree. Because to the prompt response from claimants and approvers, we have been able to reduce our overall response time, and reimbursements are now being issued more quickly. The program represents a significant advance over our previous manual system. It is well-liked by both users and AP personnel.
The software's date selection choices might be a little perplexing at times. During the first several months of usage, we encountered a few of issues that required us to escalate the issue to the programmers.

Everyone really likes the system and it works well. Very quick and cheap implementation and support has been great.
Very quick to implement and intuitive to learn
Doesn't integrate as well with other systems however all other tweaks were put through really quickly.

Great customer service, easy to use and we have quite complicated approval set ups and cost centres. The team was great in helping set this up.
We have a few users have issues attaching certain types of receipts. If the file is not a pdf you have to download the receipt to view which can be cumbersome so better integration of other document readers other then pdf.

It’s a fantastic product, seamlessly addressing our business needs through a well thought through expenses system which links nicely into our finance system. Our staff really like it, it’s efficient with their time whilst providing the required controls for senior management to ensure expenses are placed in line with agreed policy.
None- it’s fantastic and one of the best a and most cost effective solutions on the market.

Terrible. Every time I use it there seems to be a new problem.
Integration with back office systems permitting expenses validation.
The user interface is dreadful. 1980s look, but more to the point it's poor to use.There are settings that seem intuitive (project approved) that break a claim in an obscure way when chosen; webexpenses seem unable to fix them. The system doesn't check spending rules, so instead the configuration has to be full of cost codes like 'Meals for half a day away', 'Meals for one day away'.And there's no automated parsing of receipts. I have to use Expensify for that!

Speed and ease of expenses.
Easy to useand very cost effective. Great for sales teams on the road as well we people in the office and the fact it can integrate easily into our Sage 200 finance system is great.
Sometime the app can take a little while to refresh and login but that could just be my smartphone. Hard to fault.

Great team and great Support in Australia.
Ease of use and credit card statement upload.
Not proved for OCR yet. Not working. No API semanto be available to integrate with ERP system.

Ability to take photos of invoices on the mobile app Easy to train new users Good value per user
Would be good to be able to export reports directly into other Finance systems other than Xero. Such as Microsoft Dynamics GP. Navigation between screens can be a bit hit and miss, sometimes have to go back to the Home page.

Ability to easily and efficiently send expense reports to our off-site bookkeeper!
Product is easy to use and customize. Customer support is extremely nice and helpful. They are always available to answer any and all questions. Their pricing is great!
iPad doesn't have the option to take a photo and grab info from the receipt like the iPhone app does - still waiting on that feature but I hear it's in the works!

That my team can submit their expense reports using their phone or from their computer. I also enjoy that I can adjust the system for any changes in real time which helps our team submit accurate reports.
I can't upload each expense report into Quickbooks. The system shows a box for VAT even though the team is in the U.S.

There is loads of online support through live chat, online guides, videos, dedicated support website. The system is pretty easy and self explanatory to use and the reporting abilities are very good. You can change almost everything in the system from field names, categories, cost centres - it couldsuit any business in my opinion.
So far I haven't found any cons other than not being able to rename photos whenuploading from a mobile device, however have been told this is coming on a future update so problem solved!

Customer service help for all users has been brilliant when used.
The system is very easy to use, the webexpenses team made the setup process very easy and we were using it within a few weeks from first seeing the system. Love the mobile app and how it matches your credit card receipts automatically.
It’s not the cheapest system but it also wasn’t the most expensive. You get what you pay for.

Claimants and approvers all over APAC were buried under paper and glue sticks for a long time, until we were introduced to webexpenses. As a cloud based solution it offers the flexibility and speed that modern teams, constantly on the go, require and appreciate.
- Intuitive - Flexible claim submission on the go without losing the need for audit trail or policy compliance - Reduces opportunity cost by freeing up time locked away in a manual process - Good price point - quite a few solutions end up being a sledgehammer for a small nail. - Excellent support 24/5 - Good reporting suite
- too early to comment - whilst the sales interaction is great, it would be lovely to have continuous human interaction without tipping the price scales too much.

quick to setup, good support, value for money (so far), carries out required functionality.
The app version is good and maintains good functionality. The layout of the system is user friendly. It is adaptable to fit business variations.
Reporting is quite convoluted. The approval setup is quite rigid - we are not quite able to have the setup we require.

We are early in the implementation but I can tell this product will easily help us with complying with expense guidelines, reduce internal processing and review of expenses, documentation and reporting will be greatly improved.
