The ability to connect email communications with contacts in real time is critical. Just wish I could reply to emails within Folk so I don't have to work across 2 emailing tools to interact with a contact.

I wish folk was smarter about its imports, like trying to group contacts for you, otherwise Im going to have to go through 6,000 contacts and not sure how I will stay on top of it going forward.

still having struggle with the folk button in Gmail, but other than that - works great
