My first experience with Spruce

Positive, simple and straightforward. Relative ease of use but missing some features which would make it more palatable

Pros

The price is very reasonabble and the fact that it is HIPAA compliant makes this a pretty good deal.

Cons

I cannot easily cancel out spam callers, rather I need to go to a different website and insert the spaming number and it is a whole process

Overall, it has completed its intended tasks. I did come to Spruce from different software that had better search features integrated.

Pros

This is a great software for communicating with patients/doctors. I am a user (patient) who uses Spruce to reach out my Primary Health Care practice. It works as intended.

Cons

Sometimes, the notifications do not come through as a push notification on my device.
