We use Dayforce to look at our earnings paystub, access W2s, and update State/Federal tax forms. The interface works well on the desktop.
The interface does not work well for mobile. The screen doesn't update based on mobile settings so if I wanted to update my Federal withholdings on my phone, I have to do a bit of screen dancing to enter my info and submit. The page doesn't ready well at all.

Dayforce has automated some of our HR services
It’s cloud based so it can be accessed from anywhere.
The reporting, however ax compliance, & customer service is something that needs help. The response to issues (always an issue somewhere) is not communicated. They just tell you it’s fixed. It’s difficult to deal with people in another country that don’t understand our laws.

Any issues that we find to be problematic are dealt with by Dayforce. There are no outstanding problems at the moment. Now that Hub is available, we're excited to find out how our business can make the most of it. Ceridian is developing exciting new offerings, such as survey tools that gauge employee engagement automatically.
Dayforce is simple to use and provides instant access to the data I need every day. WFM makes it easy to keep tabs on worker hours, handle payroll, and enter new employees or rehires.
When dealing with a problem, it helps to have the ability to quickly process tickets. Users' participation in the setup and the interest of individuals who will be using the modules are crucial.

I love how customizable it is. The product has allowed us to remove other systems,again, allowing us to centralize our day to day work systems.
