The optional My Match feature also allows mentors and mentees to select their own matches from the internal CRM of user profiles.

Mentorloop’s contextual nudge tracks automatically provide mentors and mentees with prompts and tips at the right time, and all users can chat in real time, share files, set mentoring goals and track their personal development through the branded portal. Through the coordinator dashboard, administrators can view real-time engagement analytics derived from communication frequency, and run pulse surveys and generate custom reports to measure people outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
