    The Slack integration is a key part of why this works so well. It's how the whole company sees the recognition and it's also the best way to be made aware that someone has recognized you.

    Slack integration is pretty good, but basic. Identifying moments when a recognition might be called for and suggesting it could make my workflow way better.

    Recognition shows up directly in Slack, which makes it visible and easy to engage in through existing workflows.

    Nice to have it integrated here for ease of access and familiarity with the platform for day to day functions. Wish the login was more streamlined.

    It’s just a live feed of recognition. I find it easier and more pleasant to view in the app. Teams is more for getting work done.

    The integration from the Paylocity side is not great, as it constantly overwrites customized user info (such as preferred names) in Nectar -- it probably makes more sense to drop this integration and just manually copy over the basic user info when we onboard a new employee.

    This was not an easy integration, and we ended up just taking it off due to inconsistencies
