What is Contact Cloud?

Contact Cloud is an omnichannel call center solution designed to help businesses capture leads, track calls, send or receive text messages, manage web forms, and streamline unified communications as a service (UCaaS) operations. Supervisors can route interactions based on agents' availability, queues, or location and analyze calls from email campaigns, print collateral, landing pages, TV advertisements, and other sources.

Contact Cloud allows support teams to engage with website visitors by sharing GIFs, files, and emojis in real-time using a customizable live chat tool. Businesses can handle texts, calls, chat or form submissions and gain insights into clients' interaction history across several service touchpoints using a centralized dashboard. Administrators can also monitor agents' performance based on the number of received or missed calls and track average time spent, among other metrics.

Contact Cloud facilitates integration with various third-party systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Facebook, Slack, Marketo, WordPress, RankRanger, Zoho CRM, Google Forms, and more. Other features include canned responses, conference calls, two-factor authentication, activity reports, and text notifications.
