What is ICTBroadcast?

ICTBroadcast is a web-based unified auto dialler and smart predictive dialler solution designed to help small / medium business and service providers run bulk communication / telemarketing campaigns through voice, SMS, email and fax broadcasting technologies. Key features include campaign scheduling, contact management, custom caller ID, answering machine detection, simple and interactive voice broadcasts, call throttling, real-time campaign statistics, and more.

ICTBroadcast helps marketers schedule and run campaigns as per customer timezones or locations. Its dashboard allows managers to monitor campaign performance, number of connected/disconnected calls, call duration and corresponding charges. Plus, contact centers can use the call queue feature within the press-1 campaign, to manage and dispatch incoming calls to available agents.

ICTBroadcast offers REST API sets, which allows users to integrate the system with third-party customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as SugarCRM, Vtiger CRM, EspoCRM, CiviCRM, Flarepoint, YetiForce, and more. Its multi-tenant feature helps administrators manage operators, configure trunk ports, set routes and assign extensions/channels to devices. Plus, agents can use the self-service portal to subscribe or discard incoming calls during work hours.

Great group of engineers and staff

Pros
I have been using the Enterprise edition for a year. The ease of use and customer friendly portal have enabled Go Dial to have a successful first year. Advertising begins next month , and I have no doubt that we will increase capacity with no problems.

ICTBroadcast is really great software that covered all our needs. We need to announce class schedules and inform the participants. It helped and expedited the processes easily. It has also helped us to create educational and research surveys by phone. It is easier to use, easy to understand, very good customer service that is available 24/7 and always ready to help. Documentation of the software needs improvements.

I came accross ICTBroadcast through google and love this product , with ICTBroadcast I am able to broadcast 500 concurrent fax through internet without using any hardware . Amazing !
