Integrations with Salesforce, Google Calendar, Dropbox, Box, Markdown, Github, Giphy, and Twitter serve to enhance the communication workflow. As an online solution, Mixmax gives users the flexibility to manage their email communication via any internet-enabled device. Email tracking capabilities ensure users know exactly who opens their email and when. Mixmax enables users to track individually opened messages, so they can follow-up with specific people easily. One-click scheduling tools allow users to book multiple meetings in one go. Guests simply select a time directly from the email, then Mixmax schedules the booking conveniently online. Mixmax also supports one-click email templates, enabling users to create professional emails quickly without needing to copy and paste anything manually. Automated scheduling tools allow users to create an email, then schedule it to send automatically at a later time when recipients are more likely to read it. Other Mixmax features include web previews, polls and surveys. Users can create visual previews of links from Twitter, Google Maps, and more, as well as create and send polls from inside their emails. Email recipients can then vote without having to leave the email. Surveys help users collect more specific or focused feedback. Undo send functionality enables users to recall emails to refine messaging, while multiple signature capabilities allow users to personalize their emails with distinct signatures for all of their email addresses. Tracking analytics give users insight into communication performance, showing how many emails representatives send, plus open and reply rates. Mixam also supports automated task management, custom branding and a dialer.
