it's been a good system, need additional feature like customized Dashboard, Real time visibility for some feature.

Pros

Ease of use, configure most common feature we ave in on-prem PBX Local low cost DID Call quality is good.

Cons

No customized Dashboard No visibility on some feature, like live status of a file queue, or witch agent is loged on and who not Some of the softphone registration issue Did not push our Business name with our number when using with softphone only

Great VOIP provider

Our general experience has been very good, any issues we had were always quickly addressed and answered by their the support chat staff

Pros

Reliable VOIP provider, with features beyond just a simple VOIP line, they offer features like IVR, Voicemail, SMS, Call recording, In some cases we use VOIP.MS in lieu of a PBX

I got the DIDs that I wanted, the calls are clear, and the service is fully featured and reliable.

Pros

The dashboard and mobile SMS apps are also helpful.

Cons

The desktop interface takes a little getting use to, before being fully functional on it.

We would like more integration with script languages like Python and the ability to setup our own API and UI front.

Voip.ms works great for us because it functions seamlessly with our mobile phones and gives us unlimited flexibility on controlling incoming calls.

Pros

We now are able to answer most incoming calls with the call hunting feature.

Cons

We switched from using entirely mobile phones to a main phone number which hunts for available mobile numbers in our construction business.

Interactive voice response menus, call routing and blasting, ability to specify "allowed" and "not allowed" countries to prevent fraud

Cons

Amazing! There is no other word. Value, quality, support, features.... what more can there be?

Pros

All its options create an opportunity for the administrator to offer users everything from call forwading to call recording, central answering via IVR, etc.

Cons

Luckily the online chat support has efficient, patient and super-knowledgeable support staff.

Good VoIP service for technically inclinded users

Voip.ms offers me the flexibility to route incoming calls to phones, mobiles, or voice mail depending on the caller and the time of day.

Pros

Once set up, there is little to administer, and it is easy to examine tor export the call detail register to look for abuse or savings.

Cons

Both have always worked well for me, but depending upon your destination the "Premium" may sometimes be cheaper than the "Value" routing. If you make a large number of calls to international destinations, it's worth checking which routing which routing is appropriate.

As a sole proprietor of a small business, I was looking for an inexpensive but reliable telephone service. I am fortunate enough to have solid and reliable upload and download from my Internet Service Provider, so VoIP made good sense for me, and VoIP.ms in particular offered the most flexibility for the best price.

Pros

I also need to give a shout-out to the online chat support team, who are responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

The only shortcoming of the service that I've found is related to the Audio Conferencing feature.

Routes calls to wherever I am, including landlines and mobile phone Pushes voicemail to my email inbox (I never have to check voicemail) Can place inexpensive outgoing international calls using softphones Multiple inward phone numbers from different cities Incoming lines and minutes are very affordable Reliable, Canada-based service

Cons

Some of the features require an investment of time to figure out, but that reflects the complexity of voip in general, voip.ms tries to make it as easy as possible

Amazing Value for Money

Whenever I had a problem, I used the chat feature for help and they were able to help me figure out the issue every time, and every time the issue had to do with my setup and not the service itself.

Pros

In my opinion, the top benefits are; 1) Price - this is absolutely unbeatable when compared against other options. 2) Control - all features and functionality can be completely controlled by the user. 3) Features - There are so many features included with voip.ms that there are things that I would have never even thought were possible.

Cons

Two main cons; 1) I can't use the text features to receive MMS messages or validation codes for logging into accounts. 2) Setting everything up can get very complicated.

very good and customizable VoIP service

Very good overall experience. Responsive customer support. They keep improving the system and adding new features on a regular basis. The outages are rare and far between and until now there was no full outage, just regional or local ones.

Pros

Your call setup and voice are encrypted (SRTP and SIP TLS), so you can safely take a phone call from almost anywhere without the need to route your call via a VPN.

Cons

Once you are all setup, there are couple of limitations that are getting to be quite annoying after using them for a while: 1) no MMS support (not even a notification for either the sender or the receiver that the MMS is not delivered) 2) no support for receing SMS from short numbers (so you will not be able to receive your security confirmation codes unless the sender using full 10-digit DIDs)

It's complex to setup, like you have to encode your voice tracks in a very specific way to upload them in your answering system, creating a call queue requires you to setup multiple building blocks manually, and figuring it out by yourself since the admin panel is not to self explanatory.

Love the service but some how not as reliable as dedicated line

It is Okey if you don't need instant to respond it is just as a cheaper alternative of phone calls. I probably will get another cellular line in the future and forward voip.ms to the phone fo better connectivity and use just voipms when I travel aboard.

Pros

I was able to go aboard and receiving and making phone calls. that was pretty good.

Cons

I guess it is just too many functionalities that requires UI or UX designer to polish up.

Functionally Rich VOIP services

VOIP.ms has been a very high quality and reliable service provider.

Pros

I initially used VOIP.ms mainly as a SIP trunk, however, VOIP.ms practically offers the most wanted PBX services needed by most business users. This has allowed me to deploy cloud-based phones for small groups of users without an intermediary PBX such as Asterisk. VOIP.ms is a true pay as you use service. No monthly minimum charge, no block of minutes to purchase ..etc. Just pay for the minutes used.

Cons

The system could be improved to allow routing based on a phone book lookup.
