Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

At times the wait is very long and frustrating. There are also some language problems but those are really made worse by poor hearing on my part despite hearing aids. Very prompt, always helpful, short wait times and super quick turnaround. All agents I've spoken to are patient and polite, and overall great system for your money.

The only and reason I love Twillio is because it integrates seamlessly with the software my company creates. Customer service is excellent but you will not be reaching out often. As we've done so they almost always have a solution for what we want to do. Additionally I do want to give their support two thumbs up - they've always been fantastic.

I love the fact that I can create caller groups to organize my contact list better, (super nice). I love the ability to instantaneously get the important information out to everyone at the same time. OR the ability to customize lists, so that I only send information to specific people. There's no way to print a report of those on our contact list. Although customer service is readily available there's lack here and I will explore all other avenues before contacting them.

It's also super easy to customize your flaws and the customer service is outstanding. There is a ton of flexibility and customizing that you can do with emails sending from Klaviyo. My favorite is all of their integrations and wonderful email drip campaigns.

I work with many hotels, and having a tech solution that helps me save time and save money to the hotel is a must. It logs out very fast, so sometimes you have to fill out the same information twice, which is annoying. It doesn´t registrate allways cancelled reservations.
