One of the best tools I have seen to manage our client's wealth and portfolio. Very exciting with it's AI and ML-based sentiment analysis with product suggestion engine.
I have to manage my leads separately in Linked IN and then get them added to CRM. Reports for identifying trends are missing, eg, how an account or a business unit is growing over a period of time.
SimpleCRM is most easy to adopt and the ability to integrate with our other applications gave good customer 360. Claim submission and approval - full automation.
No track of the same also unless user find it out. Also when we request a change, it would be done but they never see the side effects of it.
This product is good and has so many features which could help your organization and MI in supporting business.
As with all software it has bugs, but no real game changers.
As a business we have been with SimpleCRM since it started. We are very pleased with the leadership, management and desire to continually enhance the product as per change of service requirements.
The cost of the software can be lowered for domestic client.
A great level of customization is possible. The team is supportive when it comes to changes.
However, I still believe in the fact that there will always be a chance of improvement.
It helped us to manage all our client portfolios effectively and generate a profitable dashboard for each customer.
Easy integration with other software. Great Assistance and team support for query redressal.
For a small company like ours it was very easy to get started with the tool Customizing it was not very difficult. And we could get most of our workflows on to the new system fairly easily.
Overall, easy to set up, easy to use, though lacks some functionalities like integration with LinkedIn.

That being said they.ve been adding features on a regular basis so no real cons for me to list here.
The automation module is easy to use and we had great support from the team both in french and english.
But for managing a sales team's sales and performance reports, this probably wouldn't be the ideal tool.

If you want to send mass mailing, you need to keep the number of recipient under 1500 if you don't want to be flag as SPAM and ruine your domain credibility.

It's a free solution so that's always nice and definitely helps to keep a lot of spammy promotional emails from hitting your inbox.

It works on top of your gmail, as it is, so you can start using it straight away. You get a daily summary of the emails you've received each day (the ones you added to the rollup).
Also, in the latest updates, they removed the grid-style summaries with the screenshot of each email, so now it's a bit more difficult to choose what to read and what to skip.
Overall Unroll.me is good for saving time from not showing junk and spamming emails and help to filtering it.
It has a tendency to make you ignore emails altogether due to its inflexibility in letting you customize lists.
This software has following pros. Has very cleaner interface.
I am feeling relieved to finally find this product which keeps me away from unwanted mail and subscriptions.
Orders the subscriptions in alphabetical order. Fetched my orders by looking into emails and shows them in a pretty singular page way.
I used unroll.me for quite a while until I discovered better solutions.

250OK does almost everything we are looking for and has a great support team, dedicated to not only providing answers but understanding, in our quest to learn more about email deliverability.
We are notified when senders are hitting spam traps and provided with the subject line of that email. We are able to then work with the sender directly to correct the problem.
We receive good support and results for a specific need. It has been worth the relationship/cost.
You really have to have a deep understanding of the inter-workings of email to understand what this group does - which makes it hard to sell up the corporate ladder.
Seamless interface and integrations, pleasure to use by both devs and luddites.
Many of the services it provides are beginning to be offered as add-ons through ESPs at a lower cost.
It does a good job of monitoring email deliverability. We've obtained solid results with their seeding program.
We dove in with a deep dive around our current status, then were able to engage on the platform to track key metrics. I love that I can re-engage in a project by project basis as needed in the future.
Love the interface and UI. Streamlined and easily accessible.
A great tool for our support team to manage all blacklists and spamtraps.
Good deliverability monitoring and email seed usage.

First of all, they took a time-tested, carefully vetted list which had 0 complaints for the past 4 months and. Demonstrated that their bounce rates were 4x higher than I was used to.
We have used socket labs for over 8 years now and have been very happy with it. The metrics and statistics they provide are very detailed.

I have enjoyed working with the API. We send tons of emails through their system without the slightest hiccup.
We pull stats out of their API to create stunning dashboards of data for our clients to measure how well their campaigns perform.
Over the years, I've reported the occasional bug and the team has been very quick to respond. The service is very reliable; there's never been a server failure for our mailings.
