Most users consider ManageEngine Endpoint Central to offer good value for money. They appreciate that the product supports both on-premises and cloud deployments in both free and paid plans. Users highlight that even the free version includes many valuable features such as Asset Management, Configurations, Mobile Device Management, and Remote Control. They find the pricing reasonable, especially when compared to other more expensive alternatives with fewer features. Reviewers indicate that the product's comprehensive feature set, including security and OS deployment tools, often eliminates the need for additional software, leading to cost savings. Some users say the free edition, which supports up to 25 endpoints, allows them to fully evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan.

However, some reviewers feel that the pricing can be high, particularly for smaller organizations or those with many endpoints. They mention that some features are only available in higher-tier plans, which can be a drawback for businesses with limited budgets. Users also report that the licensing structure can be confusing and that the cost can increase unexpectedly. Despite these concerns, many users believe the extensive features and functionalities justify the cost, making it a worthwhile investment for their IT management needs.

Integration rating: 4.5 (109)

Obtaining an inventory of hardware and software that allows support for the technical team to initially determine even the basic characteristics of an Endpoint, the association of users and the history is very relevant to the daily operation of the IT department.

Works well. I wish there was a way to add templates to the Work logs and It does make it kind of annoying you can't see all the data for the ticket at a glance unless the tech Copies work logs to notes etc.

Both SDP and EC need to work hand in hand so we can marry the assets from EC to SDP. It assists us when providing support to our end users and in the overall management of our desktop user base.

it synced up all the inventory scans and records across both platforms which meant we didn't have to worry about having incomplete data on either of the software solutions.

As a current user of SDP, it was essential the EP integrated and shared asset data. This allows us to have a knowledge of our endpoints and equipment in the field.

ServiceDesk Plus intergration is critical especially if users need to flag issues or have questions about their device or software that they use on a daily basis.

We use a variety of Manage Engine Products. Specifically integration with Service Desk plus allows us to utilize the Asset Management feature that is offered.

It helps link tickets with devices and assets, making issue resolution faster and improving overall IT support efficiency.

ICT asset management is very good. It links, asset, configuration, cost and project information easily and very well.

This is required to manage the inventory and have our SD team to give 360-degree view for 1 particular asset or user.

Integration with SDP allow automatic generation of incident tickets to be managed by Servicedesk technicians.

it is important because we use it for our Helpdesk, asset management, project management and reporting.

Techs and seamlessly move from incident reporting to viewing asset configuration to remote support.

We only only just transitioning to this, so I cannot completely review this product at this time

Keeping my endpoints updated and with all the patches is very important in the organization.

Endpoint Central alone isn't enough to make a good internal support service, same for SDP.

Makes easy of working with tickets and having quick access to assets assigned to users.

The tools talking together saves us time when providing support to our end users!

Having an integrated service desk with endpoint management is a huge win for us.

Very important for us to have accurate inventory passed into ServiceDesk Plus.
