Zapier makes it easy to aggregate data into a central location, which makes reporting more accessible to those without access to all of our company-wide systems.
Pros
Zaps are super easy to create and allow me to move data from one system to another automatically once set up.
Cons
Can be a pain to set up certain zaps, however sometimes it's due to 3rd party APIs rather than Zapier itself.

Overall experince with Zapier is very good, user interface is very easy to use, any non technical person can do the integration without any programming knowledge.
Pros
Huge integration options this is core USP of the zapier with free version we can use basic integration options, but as a paid user I have used many premium integration options.
Cons
One thing Zapier could improve that when we transfer the data from Linkedin Lead ad or Facebbook Lead ads to any Automation tool it is sometimes not use friendly to track those lead data within the system. it shows source Offline or API where as it should show as Social.

Pros

Cons
Is kind of hard to use and sometime you need more info to get the full potencial! Would be nice if they make videos tutorials and more examples or user case. - No 2 ways sync The big con is you cannot sync information. Example compare contacts in two CRM list and updated

It has helped me to consolidate and automate in a single workspace processes that take time during the execution of my management activities, sending reports, alerts to my coordinators, recurring mentions in social networks and other communication platforms.
Pros
Automate the processes that take time away from your workflow and you will see the fluidity to arrive, integrate the applications that you use more even project managers and tasks to facilitate the administration of everything from a single platform, so it makes much easier the work of supervision.
Cons
I am very happy to have many of my supervision and administration tasks automated with the Zaps, I have not had problems with the platform.

Pros
Building connections with Zapier is also a breeze and are done so in a visually intuitive manner that makes working with an app's API easy for virtually anyone.
Cons
Some workflows call for conditional filtering and it's not always possible to test those filters using the test data Zapier makes available.

Pros
Plus, it can push data in real time if you are willing to pay more.
Cons
Quite a learning curve if you want to create a custom "Zap", which is what they call their processing to pull data from one app to push to another app.

We needed to connect disparate systems in real time to maximize speed-to-lead opportunities.
Pros
Connectors give you detailed control over how data flows and what is passed.
Cons
Very few cons but we're still relatively new. Creating the lookup/translation tables requires a lot of clicks which initially is challenging but it is fairly intuitive.

Zapier helps connect our website features with other third-party vendors we use such as Gravity Forms, Clearstream, MailChimp and more!
Pros
This saves us a ton of money by not having to hire a developer to get our systems to work with other APIs.
Cons
One of our zaps reports a possible error with a third party interaction and sends us an email every time - even though there really isn't an error.

I wish we had known about them sooner because we would have used them for so many tools to sync that don't have direct integrations.
Pros
Zapier is a poweful third-party integration tool that easily allows you to sync data between apps that may not have a direct integration.
Cons
Also, there are some apps they have in their system that don't show up when you search for them, so you have to get a unique link from that app.

We are even using WebHooks to integrate Zapier with our landing pages where it takes the form data and emails them or pass them to third party tools.
Pros
. - Easy to use interface. - Easy to connect apps as pre-built integration option. - Supports wide range of apps to connect.
Cons
- Nothing that sort of cons we found while using this software.

This day and age you can find a technology solution to almost any business activity or problem.
Pros
- Huge repository of apps to choose from - Simple and intuitive interface, with 'zaps' (workflows) based on triggers, actions, and searches - Multi-step zaps allows you build advanced workflows - Built-in apps like formatter, SMS, and schedule, allow you to level-up your 'zaps' (a zap is essentially a workflow)
Cons
- Limited integration with devices (hint: use IFTTT for that purpose) - Can be frustrating if an app doesn't have the triggers or actions that you want/need.

I use zapier for project management, lead management, and reporting
Pros
I like the integration with facebook lead ads and how i can send text messages and update spreadsheets all at the same time.
Cons
What i don't like is how sometimes i can't get it connected to the application the way i want it to, but it's not Zapier's fault, it's the integration from "the other guy" that makes it difficult.

With instant zaps it is now possible to trigger actions in real time. The second feature allows you to daisy-chain different actions across vendors.
Pros
Great product that really focuses on providing a robust environment for monitoring system, application and data points and triggering an action.
Cons
The recently fix my major complaint which was an overly complex interface with a setup wizard like interface.
