I gladly encourage all attorneys I know to use eiAir for the immigration client Management. It is the best software available, highly customizable, great integration with QuickBooks online, and the ability to send SMS to texts to clients. The team is highly responsive to myself and my staff with any questions.
The QuickBooks synchronization, client logs and customizable reporting relying on custom client and case fields.
The lack of integration with Google contacts and calendar. I want a more robust calendar Integration with Google including all sub-calendars not just the main calendar.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! It has changed our case prep experience completely!
Ease of use, how the software is specifically related to our work, and how it cuts down on preparation time for repeat clients due to the auto population feature. Also love how it can be customized.
The inability to make certain fields mandatory but they will work on this with us.

Overall, it's a good software to use if you're a small to medium size firm. The price is fair for what it has to offer and they do continue to add updates and features that we find useful.
The software is very easy to use, easy to set up new users, and all around user friendly.
The questionnaires are extremely limited. If you practice Removal Defense (immigration) you know the lengthy forms one needs to complete (i.e. I-589, 42B/42A forms) and no questionnaire provided allows you to complete these.

Their customer service is fantastic, if there is an issue they will fix it.
eImmigration is user friendly and intuitive. It is a great tool to have, staff are easily trained and clients benefit from the professionalism of the application output.
It is an internet based application so in the rare occasion the internet goes down it is challenging to get the job done.
