Pros
The Cerenade support and technical teams have been terrific and responsive to my questions and suggestions over the years.
It is the best software available, highly customizable, great integration with QuickBooks online, and the ability to send SMS to texts to clients.
Not only are the features very solid and easy to learn, but the customer support - that elusive thing to get in so many other contexts - is superb.
Cons
We've also wished there were a way to hide or disable the many fields we've decided not to use in different areas of the platform, in order to minimize confusion and fatigue for staff.
We haven't rolled this out to our clients, fearful that it will lead to more questions than answers.
The database is very "deep" and it can sometimes be difficult to find what you are looking for through the custom reports.

Only wish I had started using eiAir sooner!!!

I gladly encourage all attorneys I know to use eiAir for the immigration client Management. It is the best software available, highly customizable, great integration with QuickBooks online, and the ability to send SMS to texts to clients. The team is highly responsive to myself and my staff with any questions.

Pros

The QuickBooks synchronization, client logs and customizable reporting relying on custom client and case fields.

Cons

The lack of integration with Google contacts and calendar. I want a more robust calendar Integration with Google including all sub-calendars not just the main calendar.

Easy to Use with so many cool features

Great customer service! The trainings are extremely valuable and in each one hour session I learnt so much. Clients also have an easy time filing out the questionnaires and using the software.

Pros

I like how the company is very open to the clients and making improvements. Over the approx 3 years that I have been using this product, I have been happy to see how many changes have been made. It was user friendly from the beginning but they keep making improvements to save you more and more time and streamline processes.

Cons

My only issue with the software is that our law firm deals with other fields besides for US immigration. It means that I can't have those cases in eimmigration. This is the same issue I would have with any immigration software so I can't complain

Great for it's price

Overall, it's a good software to use if you're a small to medium size firm. The price is fair for what it has to offer and they do continue to add updates and features that we find useful.

Pros

The software is very easy to use, easy to set up new users, and all around user friendly.

Cons

The questionnaires are extremely limited. If you practice Removal Defense (immigration) you know the lengthy forms one needs to complete (i.e. I-589, 42B/42A forms) and no questionnaire provided allows you to complete these.

Excellent Case Management System

It has been excellent, they have a great customer service, they are always willing to help you by walking you through the process, or sharing self guiding videos, trainings, etc. As a non profit it has help me to generate reports in a shorter amount of time, that other wise will take forever to do it through Excel.

Pros

That is adaptable, it allows the organization to build their own custom fields, reports, notifications type, etc.

Cons

Really, nothing so far eImmigration has being a reliable tool for our Legal Department.
