Wherewolf is a cloud-based digital waiver solution designed for adventure tourism businesses including helicopter, surfing, skydiving, kayaking, horse riding, bungee jump, ski and snowboarding, paintball, canyoning, offroading, rock climbing, ballooning, and other attraction operators. The app and web-based software allow users to manage guests, check-ins, waivers, signatures, trip documentation, and post-visit follow ups from anywhere. Wherewolf also has contactless options for guests to checkin and complete waivers from their own phone onsite.

Wherewolf’s native app enables online and offline check-in of guests upon arrival. Guests can also be required to check-in in advance through custom web forms. A range of data can be collected and is automatically added to the guest database. Collected data can also be shared with users’ existing booking or reservation systems.

The Wherewolf dashboard provides users with access to operational tools and guest data from wherever they are, enabling the management of operations while customers are onsite. Customer signatures can be captured electronically on legally-binding digital waivers, and stored online for easy access. Other trip documentation can also be digitized and stored in Wherewolf, including trip manifests, dive/flight logs, equipment allocations, and trip reports.

Wherewolf offers built-in marketing tools to automatically follow-up with guests after their visits, with the aim of encouraging guests to leave positive ratings and reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, and Facebook. Users can also utilize guest analytics to inform their marketing decisions, and target advertising and email campaigns using collected customer data.
