They answer your questions quickly. I am only in the trial period so I hope that customer service continues.
It is very easy to set up for reoccurring events and the emails aren't blocked like they are on evite. This is saving me time and energy. Well worth it.
It was hard to find a template for testimonials. And I hate that you can't set up Venmo or Zelle.

easy to use and straight forward but lacking in additional charges information.
Credit card transaction fees are not published and are too high. This hidden cost needs to be published up front. You will not know this until you publish your event and the fees show up as people register for a paid event. It is a very negative and non transparent way to do business. It will impact attendance of your event.

The credit card processing fee (which is charged by our processor, Stripe) is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. You can read more about the credit card processing fees charged by Stripe here: https://stripe.com/pricing EventCreate itself does not charge ANY additional ticketing platform fees (whereas most ticketing companies charge considerable per-ticket fees, in addition to the credit card processing fee).

Overall, it was a great experience creating and planning my event with EventCreate, I will continue to use this and recommend it 100 times over!!
EventCreate was very easy to use, super helpful since I was in a bit of a time frame. It was easy to understand and overall a great site to use. I liked the fact that I can send a thank you to everyone who said yes to coming to my event AND I can have a seperate way of saying thank you and we understand you not being able to attend!
The only thing I did not like was when it came time to send out the invite, it was a bit weird to use. I wanted more simplicity, and it was a bit too complex. I couldn't just send the event to myself to share, I created a link and sent it which everyone thought was a virus at first. I had to go and explain it was not a virus.

Although I have only used this software for personal events, I am a corporate event coordinator. I think this would be great to share with my clients for their events. It's affordable and easy to use!
I love the seamless design and ease of use for for EventCreate! I created a personalized 30th birthday website and got great feedback from my guests of the ease of use!
I'd like the template to be a bit more customizable. i.e. photo sizing, sizing of spaces between sections, etc.

Exceptional. Totally worth the value for money.
It is easy to use even with limited software development skills, you can do it within minutes if you're good with this stuff! It gave me all the functionalities I was looking for at a very affordable price compared to competitors such as Eventgrid, RegFox or Bizabbo, plus their customer support is excellent.
I wish I could edit the color scheme within each Template. I've had a difficult time trying to figure this out.

Customer service has been great! All of my questions have been answered quickly and thoroughly! I greatly appreciate it!
I was looking for a way to sell tickets for events online. Most other options only offer a basic event page. What I love about Event Create is that I was able to create a customized, professional-looking website for my events without paying more for it. It was easy to customize the site and add my own creative flare to it. Event Create is just what I needed!
I can't complain, because I am using the free version for now. But I could see myself paying in the future when I want to advertise for multiple events at the same time. I have been really pleased with everything so far. My event just went live today and I already sold my first ticket!

this site has really allowed me to take full advantage of my event. i created this site for my baby shower and i was easily able to upload my digital files into the site to make everything very cohesive. not only that you get to create an amazing website, rsvp control and 100 invites free!! im in love with this site and will be using it for all my future events.
Event Create is amazing! i used this software to create my babyshower webpage for RSVPs, and it has gone above and beyond my expectations. I am so happy that i chose this place above other sites. the functionality can get a bit weird, but once you get the hang of it you are sure to create top quality designs. this site really lets your creativity come to life with many different customization features. overall i would recommend and use this again.
the functionality can be a bit weird and stagnant. you can not add text. but that is easily remedied by adding a new tab. other than that it is wonderful. easy to use and understand right away. no experience needed!

I needed a website just to be able to send my friends/familiy to RSVP for my baby shower and view updates of the location as it hasn't been determined yet. THIS IS PERFECT! I love how simple it looks, it tracks my guests properly, and also when I get the location, I can easily update it and my friends and family can check the website easily. ALSO, I might add , the mobile version of the website looks great on the phone!
No cons, if you want to pay you get more features which is reasonable. I am only using the free version and it suits me perfectly for my situation and I'm so GLAD they offer this.

I love it so far. I'm someone who likes straight forward and simple when I do things. They allowed me to set up my event, add a picture, write up a description, and gave me an RSVP button which is the most important part of me doing this event page. So I'd say they nailed it.
For the free account, I was able to set up my event and track RSVPs/names, which was the most important aspects of setting up an event page.
On one hand, it's unfortunate that I can't email invites. One the other hand, I don't really need to anyway. As a free user who just set up their first event, I can't think of any real drawbacks.

overalll I would say that EventCreate is a wonderful platform to use, to be create and manage our events. the templates are nice, with the ability to create our own plus its very user friendly.
what I loved most was the overall simplicity in my UI. Its tailored for the either a beginner or someone with computer experience. the templates are minimal modern and fresh. I also love the way we can manage the event on the back end, keeping track of our guests and even the ability to send a reminder email.
I would like to be able to center images and the over all flow, unless that feature is already there and I just didn't know how to use it.

We needed an online ticketing platform, especially with some of our patrons being a bit less local. This provided a great solution. I have really enjoyed the ease of use of this platform and would absolutely use it again.
I love the ease of use. Even the free version offers enough features for a non-profit to find useful and offer online ticket sales affordably.
I haven't found a feature I didn't like so far. The only downside is that the free version doesn't offer notifications when tickets are sold. Understandably this is a paid feature. I may upgrade next time.

The website was very easy to create. I like that you can sell different types of tickets on one platform - ie in person tickets to a show vs virtual tickets to the livestream, vip packages etc. So far I have run into zero issues, which is pretty unheard of these days! I haven't had a chance to communicate with the employees at EventCreate yet because they have been out of the office since I designed our page. They do make it easy to schedule a call and they emailed immediately with an address that I could respond to with questions as well as they have a chat option on their page (not 24/7 though).
24 hour support would be nice, but I understand the difficulties in a startup keeping employees on the clock all day every day. Their different tiers of membership were a bit confusing but Im sure they can clear that up pretty easily with a phone call.

The options for the front page setup was even phenomenal. I imagine that as the program grows so will those options.
I am using this app for my "going away party" where people can make donations and to tally RSVP's. I am EXTREMELY impressed so far. The setup was smooth and seamless. If I only choose to use it for this event I can pay the monthly rate and be okay, however after using it for this event I wholeheartedly plan to use it again. The cost for the year is extremely affordable for what you get. Job well done in this creation. Whether you are doing this as a business or for personal use, it has proven to be just what is needed.
The only down-side I can even mention is that it forced you to identify a business when establishing an account to college funds, but I believe that was probably through the sight that they partner with for collections. I have nothing else that I liked the least.

I found Event Create by a google search and I wasn't sure I would use the software. I tried some other programs that were more expensive and less dynamic. From now on I will use EventCreate for all of my event needs.
The software has a variety of features and while we don't use all features for every event, we have choices and can customize our events as needed. The support team is excellent if I have questions. The more I use this software the more I love it.
There are some customization features I have wanted that don't yet exist but for the most part I can customize my site in a way that makes sense for the event.

EventCreate is an excellent tool for creating, publishing, advertising your event. i hosted a private celebration in August and the quality of service and tracking that the program allows is second to none. I highly recommend this website over others like it.

I just discovered EventCreate. I am using it to invite people and organize a school camping trip. I love how easy it is to set up the site. I love that I can include all the information I need for the event plus links and an RSVP button all on one page. Plus it looks great! I am using the free trial, but I can imagine signing up for a paid subscription it in the future when I am organizing larger events. The added features will be great, although I am able to work with whats available on the free plan for this event. The prices seem very reasonable.
I wish I could customize the RSVP to not require names & emails of all guests of each Invitee. It would be helpful to have an "Undo" and "Redo" button and store the uploaded background images to a library to facilitate playing around with the page design.

The page looks so professional and it was very easy to create, edit, and maintain.
It was easy to import my own graphic to create an event site for people to get event details and submit a RSVP. I was very pleased with the way it looked both on desktop and mobile view. Very professional and sleak!
I wish it were not so expensive to utilize the serve on a monthly payment basis.

It's an all-in-one event source perfect for the personal-use event planner.
I've been looking for a platform like this for 10 years. As an events manager for a decade, I'm so glad that technology has evolved to the point of a platform like this. I've been using EventCreate for a funeral website and timing has been of the essence. I was able to launch my website in one day and send all the communications I needed to ensure everyone was aware.
My only feedback would be to improve the text function so it's similar to a platform called Text-Em-All vs having the opt-in feature. You don't always have email addresses for guests, so the ability to send out a message without having a formalized opt-in feature like a business would need would be optimal for the personal-use user.

The calendar function is great. We needed a site that could sell tickets to several events (each with different considerations/pricing/underwriting need), but be connected under an main umbrella main age. Eventcreate can do this. It can also accept simple donations for the individual events. It's easy to use. The FAQs that are on the site covered just about all of my questions, and the chat-with-a-service-rep function was perfect for those that weren't. The rep was extremely responsive. Nice.
None that I've identified right now. I'm very satisfied.
