This was a great way to learn more about products while also taking advantage of great discounts.

A great tool to be able to learn more about the brands that my employer carries. The training courses are great and allow me to really learn the details about different equipment that we sell. It is easy to use, sort brands with different filters, and find what you are looking for.
The mobile app can sometimes be a little slow and not quite as easy to use. But other than that, same basic experience and great tool for both gaining industry knowledge and shopping.

It sounds like a good idea to seed your product with retail salespeople. Setup wasn't too difficult.
This is a completely ineffective tool. They are unable to target retailers they claim. Expect them to fail to meet KPIs and statement of work. We ended up at around 15% of the KPIs that we mutually set which were based on engagements and on products seeded. We had absolutely no engagements with retailers we specifically highlighted and many engagements from ExpertVoice employees.

My overall experience is positive. Recent updates have help make this much more intuitive than the past. My only suggestion would be to revisit the search function.
Ready Pulse for Expert Voice allows individuals the opportunity to learn about a large number of products, prior to purchasing, and then to leave feedback for others and manufatures. The learn/education feature allows one to find out more about a product, prior to purchasing. Included articles, tests, and even videos function well. This is simple to use and works great even on mobile devices. It was somewhat confusing for those who don't use it regularly; however, recent updates now make using it much more intuitive.
I personally feel the search feature is too broad and needs to be narrowed down. "Women's Swimwear" results mostly in a generic swimwear response and mostly men's trunks. "Rifles" returns rifle cases. I realize there is a fine line between a very narrow response verses a broad response, but to me it seem much to broad.
