The calendar and ease of scheduling is the best part of falcon, but the monitoring system is great too.
From lack of Reel support to improper data reporting to extra line breaks and "<?>" boxes when you schedule posts, Falcon is an overpriced nightmare that you should avoid at all costs.
It is a pleasure to use this tool and the quality of data it collects is brilliant. The tool is very easy to use and navigation is seamless.
There's been a lot of problems with the analytics part of Falcon. Empty reports, missing metrics, connection issues and just overall customization and getting the numbers that you need.
Customer service is always great, (Helgi is awesome) (and love that you can send GIFS), and they're usually quick to respond and resolve issues.
It was very buggy, and my team would have to send a ticket at least once per week when something went wrong, or disconnected, or any number of annoying bugs.
The new audience functionality is great and very helpful. The tool is very helpful to listen to your social audience and gain insight and see the impact of your work.
Constantly has minor bugs which slows down our publishing process e.g. strange spacing which cannot be adjusted; content pool not working properly.
Beautiful design, ease of use, fantastic listening tool, 1:1 customer support. The tool was a tremendous help to unify the various social media accounts, passwords, and people across our org.
For us video is a huge part of our social strategy so the inability to use falcon for this is quite frustrating as even short videos tend to be too large a file size for the platform to handle.

Our clients were impressed by the reporting and when we used the software consistently we saw excellent results in increasing site rankings.
One of the many challenges is the loss of features.
I like the ease of use, the way things are organized, and the vast selection of tools from a keyword manager to come competitive intelligence tools as well as the reporting.
I dislike having to look around to find features I'm looking for.
I like the quick and easy reporting features. Love the big picture insights.
When canceling the billing cycle, the usage stops, so you cannot login and use the software for the remainder that you have paid for.
Was with the before and left, they changed a few things and now it's the best.
The keyword research tool is hard to use with the forms/fields restarting with every search.
I like how easy the interface is, and really liked their pricing before they changed plans.
I'm able to provide insight to my customers, with great report ]s and stats. Allows me to generate SEO audits and present these to my clients and work at resolving the issues.
We also love the WYSIWYG reporting and keyword research options. Link history, Google Ads integration are other features we utilize often and like the most.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.

It's super easy to write blog posts using Anyword. What's great is you can even write content for landing pages within a few minutes and generate great social media caption ideas.
It doesn't offer a direct wordpress connection, so I have to manually cut and paste it into my wordpress blog.
It is a massive help in creating blog posts that are SEO friendly and stimulating my own thought process and knowledge.
There are just a few times where the generated text seems to miss my instructions. However - when regenerating again it gets it right.
My overall experience has been good. It's a pretty straightforward process and it does what it is supposed to.
I think this is an amazing product, very quick and efficient, and very easy to use and edit. I will be buying a plan and continuing to use it.

There is no such feature that I dislike in Ocoya. Only thing is, for the Silver Plan, we only get 10 profiles.
They are amazing and have the right mindset about how they are building an amazing tool powered by AI. It's a great and easy-to-use tool for social media specialists and hobbyists alike.

If you're familiar with other social media SaaS products, this one is super easy to pick up. We used it for our restaurant clients and have been enjoying the ease of use.
A conversation/inbox to see and reply to all comments/mentions/messages. Drag & drop posts into the calendar at the scheduler.
Have a had a great experience with Ocoya so far. The support has been fantastic and my social media presence has improved exponentially as a results.

Support: contacted support to confirm plan agreement, the response were prompt and exceptional. The Travis AI generator is more that enough to produce a great quality wordings/contents.
Dashboard The layout is clean, smart, very neat and it looks cartoonist. Easy to navigate and fonts/wordings are clear and you wont missed the "Create" button on top.
The integration with canva and many other apps are an awesome feature.
There are direct integrations with some of the most popular apps like Canva, Crello, Buffer, etc. I no longer have to switch between different software as I can now create one directly in Ocoya.
The price compared to tools like Hootsuite or Kontentino is really nice, even considering that we bought the software in a campaign on Appsumo at a discounted price - a lifetime subscription.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.
It is good for small startups because of its reasonable pricing compared to other CRM tools. Also the customization of the software feature is also a great one.

I usually get a lot of unrelated sentences in the middle of some paragraphs which is very annoying.
I liked the fact that it is super easy to use and it provides multiple languages capabilities.
There are a lot of errors in the content. Some parts of the content is copied exactly from other articles.
I like the way of getting great content for my projects on a few minutes.
The tutorial section is poor, the more detailed ones are missing in order to better use all the features that are included.
As a writer, having a couple of AI tools in your kit to kickstart the process has been invaluable and Text.ai is one of the better ones. A great investment if you're familiar with Ai or a new user.
It will cite something but no link to the actual citation or if there is one it is always a 404.

Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.
I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful.
The second strike came when our account was re-activated and AgileCRM charged us for the months that our account was locked and shutdown.
Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. The experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.
The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.
What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.
There were wayyyyyy too many glitches and bugs. I had a number of bad reports in my role at a previous job using this too.
We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what.
It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.

I really liked how Zoho wasn't bloated and super expensive. It's just what I needed and their customer service was EXCELLENT when I freaked out after sending a campaign and needed some immediate help.
The bad thing is that it is still considered by many servers as spam, which means that those who subscribe to my mail do not receive or delay in seeing my emails because they fall into spam.
The other good thing about this software is that we can integrate with social media platforms and the best part is its price , its very much affordable for small companies.
Clunky, slow and an overall terrible user experience. From a distance, it looks shiny with a ton of functionality.

The user interface is clunky in places and buggy in others, and generally frustrating until you learn its quirks.

But the time before I had to work with different tools for different purposes. As I am a Life Time Deal owner, I don't have to pay the monthly charges.
The interface is also easy to use and I like that I can manage my social media from the computer as well as my phone. I also love the fact that RADAAR is an affordable.
The Dashboards are a bit harder to set up than the other functions that were a breeze. But I've only been using for a few days and it will take time to learn but I'm sure I'll pick it up eventually.

I like two main things about this software. First one is user interface, which is really cool and easy for using.
The UX/ UI is straightforward and clear. RADAAR has an integrated password solution to store unlimited passwords.
I think a few features stand out most; its unified social inbox, post scheduling and Crello integration. What Radaar does, it does very well.

I love how time saving and clean the user interface is. I have an assistant who also helps make posts and it was so easy adding her in.
And I think there are only a few caveats that the tool has in its offering. For example, I had trouble connecting some Facebook pages (the tool shows some and some doesn't for some reason).
The creator is also very nice. I have not had to ask for support but the facebook community for users is very active and its just a wonderful app.
I have not yet come across a reason to dislike this software.
The contact with the helpdesk is excellent. The respond quickly, the help is good and they are open for ideas and new features.
It's a minor inconvenience. However, you have to make the post first then you are able to drag and drop it to your liking.

And it is somewhat confusing not knowing which websites one is on.
I was wandering here and there checking all the applications But none of them were perfect. Finally I found the videolinq and satisfied.
Their web is a little confusing. You need to enter one url for your account and billing information - and anotherone for your video dashboard.
It allows for this rather efficiently AND with the ability to have feedback...to see our audience so-to-speak is great. Did I mention this can be a cash-cow.
The missing feature is user / team account management.
Setup was super easy and most of the work was automatically done inside of Videolinq, which is way better than others that I have tried that require a manual setup.
For the good organization of my live broadcasts on Instagram, I use Videolinq and it's a great tool.

I love how easy it is to legally curate content for my social media channels. This is the best feature out of many.
So when I got notice to renew and pay for my renewal for next year, I went into the payment portal BEFORE my card was to be charged to cancel.
It is easy to use, offers valid and appropriate content, and is reliable. Excellent support response.
All it is a total nothing burger wasting your money for wasting more of your time.
It's worth the investment. Post Planner also offers some incredible advice, training, and study guides on their blog to help you build a highly engaged audience with speed, pleasure, and ease.
Initially was disappointed because I couldn't use it with Instagram and was going to cancel the service for another, more expensive service that did not have the extensive library.
I can schedule the same post and repeat it day,week or month so easy to manage. The Customer service is very good response and solved the issue they r so friendly.
The only downside is that you can't upload your own videos or multiple image posts for IG yet, but I think that's in the works.
I in like manner love the evergreen decision to allow presents on re-post soon.

Initially was disappointed because I couldn't use it with Instagram and was going to cancel the service for another, more expensive service that did not have the extensive library.
I can schedule the same post and repeat it day,week or month so easy to manage. The Customer service is very good response and solved the issue they r so friendly.
The only downside is that you can't upload your own videos or multiple image posts for IG yet, but I think that's in the works.
I in like manner love the evergreen decision to allow presents on re-post soon.

I run a small community of dog lovers on SocialEngine Managed and it's amazing. They run regular updates to mitigate the bugs and keep improving the features for a better end-user experience.
What I am mad about is GREED. Now they want for support is $300.00 (30 days), PRO $500.00 (30 days) & Advance $700.00 for (60 days).
SE is a great foundation to build your dream upon, especially with such great devs as I mentioned above, such as SocialEngineAddons which is also the primary source for support.
I had initially gone with another company, but after 1 week I demanded a refund because of poor customer service and tech support.
Very nice and amazing service, would recommend to everybody. The customer satisfaction is very high and the team are extremely collaborative.
I would avoid this company and app at all costs. I can tell you they will not deliver at all.
My request for help has been been answered fairly quickly and successfully.
Most things are plugins. If you are coming from another social network, it's hard to adjust to SocialEngine's format and it's clunky to use.
It is so easy to use, the admin section is so easy to navigate. They have plethora of developers with great products.

This tool is easy to use and has great UX. The offerings that it does have are nice.
Sometimges the tool counts things as negative when it should be the oppositve. I think this occurs because it alalyzes the sentences and not the paragraphs.

This learning curve can be frustrating and reduces efficiency.
Netbase is a great and flexible tool which enables quick and easy analysis to get a snapshot understanding of current topics, brands or themes and is easily accessible and user friendly.
A lot of the time, a topic can be 80% neutral, which makes analyzation difficult. Customer service - when you run out of hours, you can no longer get help, which is frustrating.
