Using Zeffy

We were able to sign up easily and begin collecting 100% of our donations right away.  Sharing is easy, tracking donations and donors is straightforward.  Meanwhile, we're being stonewalled by PayPal and Venmo who don't seem to be particularly friendly toward non-profits.

10/10 Would recommend 100%

I will file a complaint with the authorities about Zeffy's practice.

As a business start-up consultant, I find Zeffy to be a wonderful platform and I referred them to others in my network.

I thought it was easy to navigate.  Zeffy tried to think of all the things you would encounter using their software for events: like redundant emails, managing emails, testing emails etc.  They deposited to my account in a timely manner like they said they would.  Zeffy seems more like a boutique service which I like.

Overall, I would 100% recommend Zeffy to any non profit.  Without question or hesitation, Zeffy is rocking it for the little guys.

Rock on Zeffy

A small learning curve but that was was to be expected. That being said I was up and running with links to three campaigns on my GoDaddy website in 8-10 hours. 

Zeffy is free and perfect for nonprofits!

A+ across the board. I stated using it to save us money (or, rather, to be able to keep more of our donations). But immediately became a convert and now find myself telling everyone about it. If you’re a nonprofit… this has to be your donation portal.

Very easy to use. Allows small non-profits to effectively accept card payments without it costing them a ton.

Most efficient value for non profits

Zeffy has been easy to setup, and has been easy for donors to use.  However, it needs to add Zapier integration, so that I can add donor information to our mailing list and do other automations with a Zeffy donation as a trigger.

Awesome Fundraising Software

So far so good  WIth Paypal GIving taking over from Facebook/META for donations from that platform, we wanted to find another way for our donors to support us based on prior bad experiences with Paypal.  ZEFFY is very easy to use form my point of view, I can put together a fundraiser quickly and easily, and I'm hopelessly incompetent!  I'm working on a peer to peer Christmas fundraiser right now, "in lieu of gifts and cards."  

New to Zeffy but so far so good!

We still use CanadaHelps, but the price of Simplyk is really one of the biggest things and also customer service very individualized, very friendly, very speedy, very quick.
                                                       So Simplyk is more aligned. We can make it more streamlined with our website. It fits in better, very customizable. It is, again, like I said, very customer service-oriented, very individualized. So we have a person we can connect with and they can share screen and help us. And the ticketing, the ability to do everything together, it all just makes it almost seamless really.
                                                       Simplyk was very easy to set up. Again, very individualized connection with our representative. They helped us set it up. They helped with any glitches. If we have an issue, we just email and within a day it's fixed whether we can do it ourselves or we need tech support. So very seamless, very user-friendly.
                                                       Nothing else. The price of Simplyk is right, especially for non-profit. It is zero-cost to the organization. So with the amount of customer service and the price, that is probably a very no-brainer reason to switch, but also Canadian-based is important to us as well. And yeah, just really person-centered, which is what we do.
