Hamlet overview
What is Hamlet?
Hamlet runs the back office for coworking spaces, flexible offices and other shared spaces, from a single site to a multi-site portfolio. Billing collects through Stripe or Worldpay and syncs both ways with Xero, with one Xero organisation and merchant account per location. Bookings cover rooms, desks and any other resource, with member and guest rates, and a public shop lets guests book and pay without an account. Members get a portal and an iOS and Android app. Teams get a shared inbox, a leads pipeline, and utilisation and revenue reporting by room, site and portfolio. Salto door access, Google Calendar, Slack and SendGrid connect out of the box, and an open API is included. Hamlet is priced per location with unlimited members and every feature on every plan, with no Hamlet fee on member payments and a one-month free trial. Built in Australia since 2018.
