Users can manage parts inventory, easily producing related work orders, and reviewing aspects of each part such as its location, history, use, and more.

It offers multiple guest portals which enable contractors and staff to link into the system without concern over the number of guest accounts available. Eagle CMMS includes a Preventive Maintenance Library which allows users to create basic templates to use when managing maintenance schedules. The solution also lets each site enable a portal for guests to submit work requests.
