Powered Now supports an all-in-one workflow, allowing users to produce forms and certificates, record supplier expenses, manage diary schedules, track and chat with teams and send fully customisable documents like job sheets, quotes and invoices - all from the same, centralized platform. All data is backed up and syncs between the user’s iOS, Android, Mac and Windows devices. Powered Now also works offline.
Invoicing and estimating tools allow users to create and send professional quotes and invoices anytime, anywhere, via any device, while on the job or in the office. Quotes and invoices are sent by email or text so that customers receive them quickly. Powered Now supports scheduling tools and a central diary, allowing users to create appointments and reminders and manage entire team schedules all from the one place. Schedules are linked directly to maps, smart routes and driving directions. Email or text message notifications keep customers up-to-date, informing them of arrival times or if there are any delays. Live team tracking capabilities ensure users know exactly where there team are at all times, while live team chat enables users to keep in touch with other team members.
Powered Now offers full construction industry scheme support, giving users access to an inbuilt CIS calculator with which to calculate and record CIS online. Expense tracking tools enable users to record all costs, as well as personal expenses from employees. Reporting capabilities give users valuable insight into business performance and finances, plus sales, expenses or supplier invoices. Other Powered Now features include flexible invoice templates, supplier invoice management, multiple site support, and electronic payments.
