Workever is field service management software for growing service and maintenance businesses, typically teams of around 5 to 50 people with an office coordinating engineers in the field. It's built for electrical contractors, property and building maintenance firms, facilities and service maintenance companies, HVAC and mechanical contractors, and multi-trade building services teams.

Workever keeps each stage of the work connected: customer and site, job, schedule, field team, completion, job history and the next recurring visit. The office sees the whole operation, engineers get the right job information on their phones, and updates come straight back to the same job record.

Planned and recurring work: service contracts and service plans create and assign repeat jobs automatically, with custom fields, attached assets and contacts. Service reminders can notify customers automatically by SMS or email, or remind the office internally.

Customers, sites and assets: keep multiple sites under each customer, with notes, files and job history saved against the site. Assets have categories, serial numbers, custom fields, QR codes and their own job history, and engineers see the asset on the job.

Mobile app: iOS and Android app for engineers with jobs, site details, forms, photos and signatures. The whole app works offline and syncs back when it reconnects.

Forms and certificates: custom digital job forms and checklists, plus electrical certificates and forms.

Quotes, invoicing and costs: optional quoting with templates, attachments and convert-to-job; branded invoices, recurring invoices, automatic payment reminders and account statements; purchase orders and stock allocated to jobs; timesheets with Excel export that feed job costing.

Customer portal and booking: customers can see job status and history, access shared documents, request work, accept quotes and pay invoices by card via Stripe. An online booking form lets customers request jobs.
