It helps us work on integrated platform. We use two separate books hence the integration combines the contacts and customers from the two books and channels into Zoho FSM. We do not have to manually capture the data we already have.

FSM pulls customer data, service history, and contact details directly from CRM. This avoids duplicate entry, speeds up dispatching, and ensures our field team has the latest info.

I tried CRM but overall It is a bit too much for my needs, integration works fine just not the product i need for my business right now. I will be trying out bigin right away.

When an invoice is generated it automatically creates a work order in FSM that can be scheduled to one of our techs.

Accounting correctly is key. Being able to fill invoices through books after completing the job in FSM is great
