WISH is a Dutch-language facility management information system (FMIS) designed to help property managers and real estate businesses to manage properties, contracts, clients, resources, and more. The platform offers 15 integrated modules including property registration, real estate calculations, rental management, resource management, space management, project administration, supplier assessment, and more.
With WISH’s property registration module, businesses can maintain all property data and files, including building characteristics, prices, contracts, CAD drawings, cadastral data, and more, in a centralized database. The WISH rental management module facilitates the tracking of ongoing rentals, client invoicing, rent management, tenant communications, and more. Other features of the WISH platform include real estate calculations for calculating rental income based on specific scenarios, maintenance management using the Multi-Year Maintenance Plan module, space management, contract drafting and storage, safety management, legionella prevention management, supplier assessment, and more.
Businesses can use the WISH API to connect third party systems with the platform to exchange data. WISH can integrate with financial systems such as JD Edwards, Exact, AXI, and more, as well as company intranets and websites.
