What is Class Manager?

Class Manager is a cloud-based class administration software, which enables swimming and tennis clubs, and martial arts, dance, and gymnastics studios to manage customers, payments, billing, messaging, attendance tracking, invoicing, and more. The self-service portal allows clients to enroll in classes, view billing or payment history, and handle their data on a unified platform. Using Class Manager, dance studios can record class' attendance with custom absence reasons, generate reports, print registers, and accept payments via cash, cheque, credit or debit cards, and bank transfers. Gymnastics clubs can store information about venues, attendance, customers, staff members, students, competitions, and other notes in a centralized repository. It also helps swimming clubs communicate with clients via email or text messages, create class schedules, and view them on a calendar. Class Manager lets administrators create customizable invoices with brand logos and configure access permissions for staff members. The software includes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect passwords and customer information from potential threats. Managers can also view email history, track open and click rates, and automatically apply discount policies to invoices.

“Class Manager has been very easy to set up, it works very intuitively and should you encounter any issues (which in our cases have been mostly user generated issues), provides top notch customer service - very quick and efficient. Whilst we thought that value for money has been great initially, a lot of new features have been added on a regular basis without increasing pricing - which makes value for money extremely great!”
