Using Sunwave's electronic medical records (EMR) module, healthcare providers can manage documentation, add treatment notes, and review patients' previous medication records. It also offers a telehealth platform, which lets professionals remind patients about upcoming sessions, share documents including treatment consent forms, confidentiality agreements, and program rules, and accept payments via credit card processing, Paypal, and ACH transfer.
Sunwave facilitates integration with VerifyTX, an insurance verification platform, which helps healthcare workers verify patients’ health insurance benefits. The application also allows administrators to gain insights into individual and group therapy sessions and track claim submission dates in real-time.
