I really like how Booker allows clients to schedule on line and purchase gift certificates. Most clients love the ability to schedule on line.
It takes forever to track and check people out. The reports are confusing and make no sense and their payroll is not customizable so I still have to outsource and pay more.
It's also super easy checking out clients, but best of all is that I'm able to manage our calendar for both therapists and clients, and reschedule with ease.
SO finally I'm writing this review and turning them into the fraud division.
Booker is easy to set up and very intuitive. The price is good and they have great customer service.
When we’re busy with services and clients, it’s a really bad situation that we can’t do anything.
It's super easy to customize, visually appealing, and overall a very user friendly booking system.
There were glitches that led to errors in bookings, etcs. Customer service and features were limited.
My experience was great with them. The customer service was great- easy to contact & fix any issues I dealt with prompt.
Overall i am slightly disappointed as the sheer cost of using it and the UX experience it provides leave a value mis-match.
Customer service is AMAZING!!!!! They are very quick to answer and fix any questions. Gift cards and client look ups are very easy to access even with out having a lot of information.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.
It is good for small startups because of its reasonable pricing compared to other CRM tools. Also the customization of the software feature is also a great one.
Definitely Not at all a matured technology with the failure to understand basics if it comes to the custom tab.
I like that it has a mobile app so that helps for the chat when you are not in the computer and someone needs to contact you.
They should also fix the integration feature, as some of the integration is not properly integrated and no data are shown in the software after it is connected.
It’s user friendly which is the best, and easy access also.
Some of the CRM tools is quite confusing to use and there no complete guide or documentation that can help me to study its functionality.

Amazing for social proof and I had good feedback from patients that Genbook was easy to use.
I frequently have trouble with the app on my mobile device, and this frustrates me.
The software is perfectly made and really friendly to use. My Best investment of the Year 2020.
The only thing that has ever angered me is when Genbook was doing promotions and a prior client got an appt for 1/2 the price and then stripe took a ridiculously large percentage of that.
The ease of booking clients and having them great email and or text confirmation and reminders are great.
The inability for the address to be assisted by Google when setting an appointment.
As online scheduling has become the standard it is their helpful features like accessible customer support, collection of online reviews, and simple interface that have kept me loyal.
There are very very occasional errs, People receive wrong time on their reminders.
Genbook is intuitive, robust and works seamlessly on my website, PC, laptop and phone. Customers have complimented its ease of use.
Also, the company strives to improve its products and takes user's feedback into consideration. If I have any issues, customer service is very responsive and helpful.
Genbook is a easy friendly app to have for your growing clientele. It is also for affordable for a small business and has different options to upgrade as your business grows.
I love the ease of booking a client in or have the client book themselves in.
And I get all that ease of use and fast helpful support at a very affordable price.
I am fielding less phone calls and have more time with my kids. I love that it generates reminder emails and I can update the confirmation and reminders to suit the circumstances (like covid).

It is very easy to use, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING. Very responsive and always able to help with any enquiries or issues.
Connect is now very annoying with all bookings to check out and penalties for cancelling appointments even though client emailed me to cancel it.
My overall experience is good. Treatwell connect has kept me from having double bookings and saved me time on some of my daily tasks which helps tremendously when I am busy.
There is no option to block bookings without preparing or taking deposits, that is extremely annoying.
I absolutely love how easy to use is the booking system. It has all necessary features and the customer service is great.
Limited functionality/ restricted when integrating the booking widget into our website. Not possible to ingrate it with another booking system.
Clients find it very easy to use and it has some great little extras like the clever discounts on last minute bookings.
I also don’t like that I cannot cancel appointments made via treatwell without contacting them directly. If a client message after hours you’re stuck with it until morning.
To date my experience with treatwell has been amazing. I have received mounts of support and I have now hav two salons in which treatwell have also supported.

I have only just had my training, but as this was very concise, I’m super keen to try it out and hopefully get the most out of it for marketing and love how user friendly the booking system seems.
I had a problem with keeping up with diary, bookings, queries or cancellations.
As well as software the support team is amazing, always ready to help, I feel so much happier since the day I’ve used it. Hoping it will bring more success to my venture.
Double bookings are not happening anymore everything is showing up in program, no more confusion. No shows are down to minimum cause of payments while booking.
I am extremly happy with my experience using Versum and I am a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend it to any beauty therapist.
Its a shame its not got an APP to use on an IPAD or IPHONE. Confusingly a VERSUM App exists for another spa product.
Its easy to use, mobile friendly with many useful functions, its really worth the price. The client service is first classe, they answer fast and are very friendly.

He was brilliant showed me all the roots etc, very happy customer over here thank you.
So easy to use and very financially competitive great marketing features and up to date processes that suit our brand.

What I like the most about Versum is that thanks to Versum I don't have to carry my large calendar with me.
Love the booking system for me the SMS reminders is such an asset to the business. Alot less no-show and last minute cancellations.

I did link my PayPal account, so my customer will pay deposit before booking appointment, where some others software not allowed this. Versum has fantastic customer support.
I love the fact once set up, and clients have booked it does everything else for you. Confirmations, covid questionnaire, and even reviews etc.
I would definitely recommend this software. Reasonable price as well.

I have only just had my training, but as this was very concise, I’m super keen to try it out and hopefully get the most out of it for marketing and love how user friendly the booking system seems.
I had a problem with keeping up with diary, bookings, queries or cancellations.
As well as software the support team is amazing, always ready to help, I feel so much happier since the day I’ve used it. Hoping it will bring more success to my venture.
Double bookings are not happening anymore everything is showing up in program, no more confusion. No shows are down to minimum cause of payments while booking.
I am extremly happy with my experience using Versum and I am a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend it to any beauty therapist.
Its a shame its not got an APP to use on an IPAD or IPHONE. Confusingly a VERSUM App exists for another spa product.
Its easy to use, mobile friendly with many useful functions, its really worth the price. The client service is first classe, they answer fast and are very friendly.

What I like the most about Versum is that thanks to Versum I don't have to carry my large calendar with me.
Love the booking system for me the SMS reminders is such an asset to the business. Alot less no-show and last minute cancellations.
It's easy to use for them and looks great integrated in my website and social media pages and gives that professional edge.
Easy to use - intuitive and possible to self taught. Very good support with data transfer.
I did link my PayPal account, so my customer will pay deposit before booking appointment, where some others software not allowed this. Versum has fantastic customer support.
I love the fact once set up, and clients have booked it does everything else for you. Confirmations, covid questionnaire, and even reviews etc.
I would definitely recommend this software. Reasonable price as well.

I love that the interface is easy for both the salon and our clients to use. Its awesome that I have so many different reports at my fingertips.
Not being able to remove or hide negative reviews.
I love the ease of convenience and the flawless layout of the app. Best value for the money paid.
The text message reminders have the booksy name first so clients get confused about who they are from. The booksy name should be at the back or not at all.

Not easy to edit appointments and difficult for clients to book online. I was with Genbook and Genbook merged with Booksy, so disappointing.

If client books 2 spots at once their not able to cancel just one. They have to cancel both and redo the one they wanted to keep.
Great start off for beginners. I only did the free trial but I would recommend to others.
It helps not only to keep my clients organized it alsonallows me to communicate with them more effectively.
