Complete information and reports on contacts and email campaigns sent.
Long periods of time for approval of SMS campaigns (previously it was not necessary to send the texts for approval, it was much faster to be able to send campaigns or make adjustments) Difficulty unifying duplicate contacts in different lists. Previously I had a customer support person vía WhatsApp in my time zone, that person stopped answering messages, currently, when I have concerns I have no one to contact other than someone in a different time zone in Spain (+7h) vía email.

Mdirector is very user friendly and straightforward. It offers templates that you can select for your workflow for you to start your campaign quick and easily. Another thing is they have a good customer service team.
Though you have a lot of templates to select, the template editor is sometimes not working as it was. Still, a good platform to use.
