Pros
Really positive, have used it for a while and I like it better than our previous provider.
It automatically joins all of my calls, the price is good, and they are really helpful.
My favorite thing about MeetRecord is the note-taking and the ability to integrate the system with Hubspot.
Cons
Problem: The notetaking during the discovery part in our LIVE demo meetings takes a lot of focus, which leads to the lack of focus on the prospect.
The Dashboard may take a considerable amount of time to load at times. Since all the email notifications are enabled by the platform by default, may overload your inbox with emails.
It's getting there, but still has a lot of problems. Maybe it's because the language spoken is Portuguese (Majority), but it's getting there.
