Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Xitoring overview
What is Xitoring?
Xitoring is an all-in-one monitoring platform for servers, websites, and status pages, built for teams that want complete visibility over their infrastructure without stitching together three or four separate tools. Instead of paying for one product to check uptime, another to monitor servers, and a third to host a status page, Xitoring puts everything in a single dashboard with a single agent and one flat, predictable price.
Setup takes minutes, not weeks. One command installs the lightweight Xitogent agent on any Linux or Windows server (curl on Linux, MSI on Windows), and it immediately auto-discovers what is running: Nginx, Apache, IIS, PHP-FPM, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, KeyDB, Docker hosts and containers, RabbitMQ, Kafka, HAProxy, Varnish, Supervisor, CouchDB, and more than 30 services in total. Monitoring starts automatically, with no configuration files and no consultants. Supported platforms include Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, RHEL, Rocky Linux, Amazon Linux, and Windows Server 2016 and later.
Server monitoring covers CPU per core, load averages, memory and swap or page file, disk usage and I/O, IOPS, network traffic per adapter, and the state of processes and services, all at 1-minute resolution with historical trends for capacity planning. Uptime monitoring runs at 1-minute intervals from more than 15 global probing nodes, and every outage is verified from multiple locations before an alert fires, which eliminates the false positives that plague single-location checkers. Check types include HTTP(S) with keyword and status-code validation, Ping, DNS, API, Mail, FTP, TCP, UDP, plus Heartbeat and Cron job monitoring to catch silent failures in scheduled tasks and background workers. SSL certificate and domain expiry monitoring prevent the most avoidable outages of all.
When something breaks, the right person knows within a minute. Alerts route through more than 20 notification channels: email, SMS, phone call, mobile push, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Mattermost, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Splunk On-Call, Spike.sh, Ntfy, Gotify, Pushover, Pushbullet, webhooks, and Zapier. Incident management is built in, with root-cause context attached to every incident: which check failed, from which locations, and what changed on the server, so diagnosis takes minutes instead of hours.
Xitoring also includes built-in AIOps. Ask the AI assistant plain-English questions like "why was the website slow yesterday?" or "which servers are running hot on memory this quarter?" and get answers grounded in your actual metrics and incidents, not generic advice. Through the Xitoring MCP server, AI assistants such as Claude and Cursor can connect directly to your monitoring to read metrics, inspect incidents, acknowledge alerts, and manage monitors, making Xitoring one of the few monitoring platforms at any price point that works natively with AI agents.
Keep customers informed with white-label public or private status pages hosted on your own domain, fully branded with your logo and colors and updated automatically from real check results. Track uptime commitments with SLA reports. Manage everything on the go with native iOS and Android apps, automate with the full REST API, and monitor from your browser with the Chrome and Edge extension.
Xitoring serves DevOps teams, system administrators, managed service providers, hosting companies, SaaS businesses, and growing SMBs. MSPs can manage monitoring for multiple clients from one account with team access and role-based permissions.
Pricing is flat and public, with no per-metric charges, no per-check surprises, and no "contact sales" wall. Start free forever with 2 servers and 8 uptime checks, no credit card required, or take a 30-day free trial of any paid plan, starting at $4.99 per month.
