We use this software to ship all of our orders daily. It is pretty easy to use and integrates seamlessly with other shipping software such as UPS Worldship.

I will say, we don't really need support too often. After the setup & training period this software is very easy to use, and the best thing about it is that it just works.

I cant re-print a label if I mess up, at least I don't easily see how to do one. Also to void a package can be difficult.

Good Program

They are there to help you set it up all along, but it’s a pricey process considering other companies do it for free. And unless you are very specific with that you want and understand specifically whether they can deliver that, you may be upset with the cost involved to never use it.

It's been a great experience so far! Staff are great! Would be great if we could have a blacklist of addresses.  example:  If address line one = x, do y (ie, don't rate shop, send error)

Very positive overall experience. Over the past 8 years, we have shipped over 600,000 parcels using this software. For a large shipping operation I would highly recommend desktop shipper. 

If you are not going to customize the rate shopping feature and tie in with a digital scale this software is definitely overkill for you.
