Using MachShip, organizations can link carrier invoices to jobs, receive alerts about cost variations across assignments and upload negotiated carrier rates to the system. Supervisors can manage surcharges and delivery options for specific carriers and send email or SMS notifications to customers about tracking details. The system also enables businesses to monitor consignments across the supply chain and print labels, manifests, and details according to requirements.
