Viberent's stock view functionality enables businesses to manage assets by centrally tracking availability and utilization across items, eliminating double bookings. It provides barcode scanning capabilities, which allow users to trace an item's movements across multiple locations. It lets users create and send quotes including information such as customer details, item features, accessories, payment specifications, multimedia, and more. Users can also schedule periodic servicing for items and receive notifications when products are overdue for maintenance.

Viberent facilitates integration with third-party accounting solutions including Quickbooks, Xero, and Stripe. It lets users create product catalogs by categorizing them under multiple categories including rental, cross rental, service, and sale. Plus, users can email rental agreements directly from the platform and end-users can utilize the electronic signature capture capabilities to review and validate the agreements.

It's honestly one of the main reasons I recommend Jobber to clients. As an accountant, having invoices, payments, and customer data flow straight into QuickBooks Online means I'm not re-entering everything manually or chasing down missing information

Keeping expenses down for right now until we get ACT caught up and then will update QB to Online most likely
